I had to rent out my home quickly due to an unexpected move, and Real Property Management Engage made everything so easy. They were responsive, kept me updated, and handled the whole process smoothly. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free experience.

I did not get to use Engage’s management services, but Pooja’s negotiations to allow my business needs to fit were perfect. I interviewed approximately 45 management companies for their policies and procedures. Most were very similar, -rigid on rules, policies, & high on their fees. Engage was flexible & accomodating to my needs. They listened & were willing to negotiate a favorable fit in order to earn my business. I have no doubt that their managerial style is of great quality and that they would listen and be proactive in solving any problems that come along, for the tenant or landlord! Kudos Engage!

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received from Pooja and her team! From day one, they’ve taken excellent care of both my tenants and my rental property. Communication has always been clear, timely, and professional. They were quick to address any maintenance or repair issues, which gave me a lot of peace of mind as a landlord.
When I made the transition from a short-term rental to a long-term rental, they made the process incredibly smooth. They found great tenants who were happy to rent the property fully furnished—saving me the hassle of having to move anything out. I truly feel like I was in good hands every step of the way. Highly recommend!

We recently used RPM's services to lease our home, and their communication and customer service have exceeded our expectations. We encountered a few issues beyond their control. A tree falling in the backyard and knocking out the electricity for several days due to recent storms. The process of obtaining city inspections and permits to fix everything took some time, but the RPM office was always very responsive and kept us updated every step of the way.
