Rentomatic Property Management provides full service property management at Flat rate prices starting from $75/month per unit. We handle Single family homes, Condos, Townhouses, Commercial offices, Retail shops. With our Online Owner you have access to your rent, monthly statements, year end tax forms, maintenance requests and much more. For property maintenance we don't add any markup to the invoice and share the actual invoice with Landlords. We schedule routine inspection to make sure your property's condition and share the report with landlords.

The property manager Summer gave us a tour of a beautiful home in Lehi. She was very kind and helpful and answered all of our questions. When the property wasn’t the right fit for us, she was happy to refer us to others in the area that we plan on checking out. So far, amazing experiences with her and the company!

The properties were excellent, and my assigned property manager, Beren, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. He was very understanding of my late commute and patient with all my questions.

Just know before you apply that the information on the application website is incorrect. On the website they make it seem like when you apply, if you don’t meet the standards it’s just double deposit. But that’s not true If you do not meet their standards they will not accept you so do not waste your money if you know you might not have a chance because double deposit doesn’t cover it.
The website does not say the credit requirements & you can see how well this company works with the response they did to my review, they’re willing to just let everyone know business that shouldn’t be put on the internet. We were also only told about credit, nothing more so airing out this news on the internet is news to me. Very unprofessional .

If I could give zero stars, I would. The glowing five-star reviews seem completely fake, and Rentomatic isn’t even accredited by the Better Business Bureau.
My husband and I recently sold our home and have been searching for a rental. We came across a listing for a home advertised as having five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a finished yard, and a finished basement. Unfortunately, this was completely misleading.
It took an entire week just to get in touch with Rentomatic to schedule a showing. When I finally reached someone, they told us to knock on the door and have the current tenants give us a tour. This was highly unprofessional—every other rental we’ve toured had an actual representative from the company present.
The tenants were kind and honest about their experience with Rentomatic, and it was not reassuring. They warned us that Rentomatic was difficult to reach for repairs, mentioning that their refrigerator had been broken for a month with no action taken. Supposedly, someone was coming to look at it the next day, but that kind of neglect is a major red flag.
Now, let’s talk about the false advertising:
The “finished yard” was just dead sod that had clearly been neglected. It would need to be torn out and replaced.
The “finished basement” was anything but—missing door casings, large gaps in the flooring, and visible holes in the walls that had never been patched. The tenant confirmed it had been in that condition since before they moved in.
The basement bathroom had similar issues, plus a poorly caulked tub that had been leaking water behind the walls. The tenant had even attempted to fix it themselves.
The “two bedrooms” in the basement weren’t actually legal bedrooms—they had no closets at all.
Overall, Rentomatic cuts corners, misrepresents their listings, and provides terrible property management. I would never rent from them or trust them to manage my property. Stay far away.

I am very impressed with this property management company. The whole team has been very helpful in helping us in every way possible with utility transfers, paperwork, etc. but I would especially like to thank Yatharth Harsha and Madhu who have been very friendly, professional and responsive to mu queries. Overall, the experience so far has been great! Highly recommended!

They was told from Day one that the appliances were not up to expectations and only one burner working and the oven wasn’t heating properly and we was told that the landlord WILL NOT replace or fix it. The electrical plugs didn’t work properly and was told they was like that from the builder which i know is bs because if that was the case it would’ve not passed inspection not my first rodeo with homes so they told us if we wasn’t happy then we should leave and vacate

Still nothing done about fixing the appliances not working and was told they will not fix them only one burner working on the stove the oven temperature was off and we had electric plugs not working and was told they was like that from the builder which had to laugh as I know for a fact if not working it would not pass inspection there was lights hanging down with wires exposed we had to have them fixed as. This is dangerous we had a smoke detector that wasn’t working and was told to just take it down 🤦♀️
Which again is illegal so many things wrong with this rental and the appliances was it the fridge/freezer had no shelves they was like oh well live with it finally we had to leave since nothing was getting done and calling them didn’t help we tried calling them and tried paying them but the payment couldn’t be made online and nobody was at the addresses listed would not recommend them run from this company they are horrible
Update: so we made a inquiry about the appliances not working over 3 weeks ago and there response is to just ignore us if you’re thinking about using them I would find someone else to use for renting out your property or to rent from run they are horrible and they if you delete your bad review we will fix don’t do it horrible company
Ridiculous..,… The worst experience I’ve had with any rental company and their lack of communication and customer service is absolutely horrible simple questions and i can’t get any answers the fridge is not working the water doesn’t work the ice maker doesn’t work and the freezer is missing shelves and for bribery they will fix stuff if i remove the bad complaints well get stuff fixedand communicate and there wouldn’t be any complaints
Stove doesn’t work and they say that they don’t need to fix any of the appliances
