Rentomatic Property Management provides full service property management at Flat rate prices starting from $75/month per unit. We handle Single family homes, Condos, Townhouses, Commercial offices, Retail shops. 
With our Online Owner you have access to your rent, monthly statements, year end tax forms, maintenance requests and much more. 
For property maintenance we don't add any markup to the invoice and share the actual invoice with Landlords. We schedule routine inspection to make sure your property's condition and share the report with landlords.
