Bridget was absolutely amazing! She guided us through every step of the leasing and moving process with Sleep Sound Property Management. As new tenants, we had plenty of questions, and Bridget was always patient, responsive, and professional. Her clear communication and attention to detail made the entire experience stress-free and smooth. We truly appreciate her support and highly recommend working with Bridget and the Sleep Sound team!

I saw all the great reviews for this property management company yet my experience was far from great. I TRIED touring an apartment at 7PM had the code for the lock box and everything. The lock box isn’t opening. it literally said it was locked at 5PM. I contacted a miss Bridget and told her the problem. I didn’t even get an apology for standing outside like an idiot in the pouring rain trying to access the lock box and it wouldn’t open. She completely ghosted me and didn’t even offer another time to come in to tour.
They did end up reaching out to ask me more about the situation. Apparently it was working for other people. but not for me. I would schedule tours during the work hours in case you have problems like i did.

Bridget Perales really made my transition to my new apartment so much easier. Her quick replies, very clear instructions, and kindness really made things easier for me. The whole process was intimidating at first as it’s my first apartment but Bridget honestly really made me feel assured the whole time and answered every question I had. Would definitely recommend working with Sleep Sound after my experience!

Mishauri Nolan from Sleep Sound is a great partner. Our property is well taken care of, and she and team got our property ready and into a quick new lease in less then 21 days from end to end. We are beyond satisfied with their ability to lease our property within that shot time on the market, along with their expertise and professional customer service. We happily recommend Sleep Sound Services!

It has been a genuine pleasure working with Donaven, both during our initial interview and throughout the onboarding process following my decision to engage Sleep Sound to manage my rental property. I just rented my apartment with Sleep Sound Property Management, Inc and I’m very happy with both the apartment and the living conditions. Everything was done very quickly and efficiently. Bridget is an amazing, competent, friendly, knowledgeable & professional agent.
I am very lucky to have had her help me through the process & success in obtaining my studio apartment. I felt like she was very prompt to respond to my questions & concerns that I had, as well as personable in her replies to my e-mails. I would like to add that I wish every agent I dealt with in the past had been as courteous, friendly & sincerely invested in making sure that I got what I was seeking & achieving the end goal of my ventures.
On a personal note, I told her that I would've liked to thank her in person & buy her a coffee as thanks for all the help she provided me with.
If anyone deserves a nice coffee & a pastry or muffin of her choosing, it's definitely Bridget!

I am a first time my renter, and a lot of this process was very new to me. I feel so grateful and lucky to have gotten Bridget, one of the leasing team members for Sleep Sound Property Management. She was very responsive to emails, positive, and helped problem solve any issues we ran into. Bridget made this process quick, easy, and stress free.
