Deleting my review from when I first moved in and reiterating what I've said elsewhere: lived on a property they managed for two years, wound up having to do all repairs myself, left it spotless when I left and got told I owed them $1200 via paperwork that was double-charging for some things and outright doubling nonsense charges for other things, including repairs they had to make which I was unable to and yet told BY THEM that they did not need to do and wallpaper that was peeling years before I moved in. I have lived in many, many apartments and have always gotten my deposit back and never had a single complaint from anyone, so all of this initially shocked me. Apparently (according to multiple other residents I've now spoken to) they are exactly as shady as they seem when you first encounter them and I am far, far from alone here. They backed off when I got a tenancy lawyer involved. Do not let these people bully you. Know your rights. Even if we are using cheap housing, we are still human beings. Feel free to contact me if you're in Portland and run into these people and they try to get money out of you for things you aren't responsible for - I've now had to get to know a few lawyers.

Bridget from Sleep Sound Property Management was great! Always responded to my questions immediately. It was a pleasure to work with her and I would recommend her and Sleep Sound to anyone looking for a decent, secure apartment.

Verified 15 years rental history. No evictions. Verified income. 3 weeks going on 4 weeks now and they refuse to contact me. The good reviews are fake. Read the 1 two and 3 star reviews for proof. They just want to collect the 65 to 75 dollar app fees then rent out a property. Do not waste your time or money here. I also got proof of discrimination I'm talking to the underdog lawyer about

Bridget has been extremely helpful and responsive throughout my moving process. I wasn’t sure what to expect when working with Sleep Sound, but I’m glad she was who I had worked with. I appreciate all of the hard work and effort she put in during this transition.

I am a first time my renter, and a lot of this process was very new to me. I feel so grateful and lucky to have gotten Bridget, one of the leasing team members for Sleep Sound Property Management. She was very responsive to emails, positive, and helped problem solve any issues we ran into. Bridget made this process quick, easy, and stress free.

We scheduled a tour for one house and that same day they were flexible to our request of touring 3 units. We ended up really liking the 2-bedroom and decided to apply. Bridget was our main contact and she has been very responsive and open to all of our communication. We were able to finalize the application within a week! Since then, Bridget has continued to respond promptly and professionally to all of our requests. Overall, I have the impression the company is on top of the needs of their residents. I am very excited to finally move in to the new townhome and feel confident that Bridget and the rest of the team will look out for us if we beed anything!

Caitlin was very helpful and provided excellent support in getting our new home. Very grateful for the home we found, smooth process (though background checks take quite some time). I would also suggest some sort of verbal conversation vs. only email threads, as it makes it a bit easier to make sure everything is fully confirmed. Thank you again!!

Both Caitlin and Bridget helped me to lease my house, they are both absolute sweethearts and I’m very happy that I was able to rent from Sleep Sound! Upon move in the house was very clean, I wiped everything down and didn’t even see dust on a napkin. I had 2 very minor issues with the house when moving in, their maintenance team responded promptly and Brian, who is also very nice and knowledgeable, came to the house(almost an hour out from their office) very quickly to resolve the issue. I’m absolutely in love with the property and I’m so happy I was able to lease through such a great management, I highly recommend them!
