Mark Smith and his team at RPM always go the extra mile to help. We receive constant check ins from the rental manager, semi annual reports on the rental properties condition and anytime any issues arise. They’re welcome to jump in and help. I highly recommend Real Property Managment to anybody. I referred multiple people in the last few months and will continue to do so.

As a solo property owner, Mark was incredibly helpful when I moved out of state and needed to replace a tenant/turnover the home while 2,000 miles away. My experience was personalized and supportive, and he and his team moved quickly to get the place filled again with a quality tenant. I've had much more peace of mind since moving over to RPM. Thanks, Mark!

My experience with RPM has been less than 5-star. While one recent maintenance request may have been handled smoothly, it does not reflect the overall pattern of service I’ve received. Communication is often delayed or completely absent. Emails and messages go unanswered for days or weeks, even when issues are urgent. Several problems with the property were unresolved for extended periods, including missed or rescheduled maintenance visits without notice. There has been a consistent lack of follow-through and accountability. A single positive interaction does not erase the ongoing frustrations and lack of reliability I’ve experienced. Tenants deserve consistent, timely, and professional service. That said, Travon and Leslie, RPM Maintenance Technicians, were excellent. They demonstrated great customer service, genuine care for tenants, and clear communication. All of our questions were answered, and they provided realistic expectations for the work being done. Their professionalism deserves recognition unfortunately, it’s not matched by the management side of RPM.

Real Property Management is great! Our landlord Brittany Lofton has been very helpful and responsive. There were two minor things wrong with our house right when we moved in, but was fixed right away. She was very kind and got our house looking amazing before we moved in. Coming from someone who used to work in property management, I can honestly say she is amazing at her job and treats her tenants well.

UPDATE: Still buying air filters from walmart. Not a word about the air filters i am forced to pay for that were supposed to be delivered. I’ll update again at the end of my least to let everyone know how much money you can expect to donate to the needy folks at RPM. Maybe you can put it on your taxes! Worried my family will die from an electrical fire because maintenance claims our oven is fixed despite several obvious electrical issues. Also just a generally filthy environment even though they claim there is a “professional cleaning” before moving in. Fancy recessed lighting with bug poop on every single light. Really dirty air filter left in return vent even though we have to pay for the resident benefits package every month. Good luck talking to your property manager or anyone besides office receptionists, seems like they are to good to talk to residents. If you don’t care about any of that then this company is perfect for you!

The absolute worse property management company I’ve ever come across. They have poor communication, they will take advantage of every dollar you have, unreasonable and unprofessional. I cleaned up after moving out and they charged me almost $700 in cleaning and maintenance fees. I scrubbed down everything and took photos of it being spotless after getting my furniture out but someone it was still “dirty.” They charged me almost $400 to paint 2 walls and patch “holes” when the only holes were from mounting 1 tv. The residence is awful didn’t even let me tour the place until after I paid for a unit that looked nothing like the photos. They never reached out about paying for the cleaning fees so now I’m paying a 3rd party app I moved out in January paid my last month of rent and they changed me $700 and didn’t tell me anything not a single person from this company has said a word and they don’t care about their residence they only care about the money that goes into their pockets. Don’t trust them and I’ve uploaded the photos I took as soon as I got all my furniture out, is this dirty? You can see the little holes in the wall in the living room on the right wall so that’s how you know it’s before they cleaned or did any maintenance and they said they mopped like what did they mop concrete? They also charged me to fix the garbage disposal that I never used and I never cooked and I used the dishwasher if I had any dirty dishes and it was never broken because I checked it when I moved out. At that point they were just charging me for whatever they wanted without any evidence.
