You can believe the fake reviews if you want but this place has changed management tactics just recently because they are losing clients left and right. Good luck getting anyone on the phone or via email. When u do they will certainly give u the run around. I am surprised there is any red dye left in the world with the amount used to create the red flags this company has. Owners beware: they advocate for the tenant upon convenience and make illogical arguments to support their claim. They listed our property for rent and waited 2 months before hiring a realtor. Stating it was an extra step that they then deemed necessary. The owner of the company has no concern for the property owners and is only concerned with not footing any bills. He is sarcastic and has no respect for his customer base. The tenant doesn't report a hole they made in the wall before move out - owner pays. The tenant isn't responsible for noticing when sprinklers aren't working (apparently we have to wait until the HOA notices and sends a notice or pay Rental and Realty a fee to check on the property between renewals to get a status on the outside of the property) but are responsible for watering the yard, the water bill in and out of the home, and light bills. The tenant isn't responsible for reporting broken disposals and don't have to pay during move out. All three scenarios are clearly defined as tenant responsibility within the lease agreement and repairs are stated as valid deduction from the tenant. Rental and Realty take it upon themselves to spend money for repairs and leave it to the property owner to pay the bill every time. The tenant walked away with their full deposit and placed in another home via rental and realty. Fly don't run. Save yourself!!!

Rental and Realty Group is great. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a property management team. The team was wonderful to work with and they were quick dealing with any home repairs. They took care of me and my home and I cant thank them enough.

This is hands down the worst property management so called company I’ve seen in Florida. If there’s an award for the worst customer service, the don’t give a damn attitude and just plain stupidity they’ll rank number one in it. You’ve been warned if you’re early on in the process, do yourself a favor and run as fast as can. Check out the bad reviews before the glowy fake ones. Trust me, you’ll thank me later.

Took over a week to get an answer and the only reason we found out was because we called. We were approved, (so I'm not making this review out of bitterness) but the conditions were outrageous to move in! They also wanted their fees delivered to their office within 24 hours of approval. So be prepared if you live further from Davenport. We declined their ridiculous conditions, went with another company, and got approved the next day without issues. The choice is yours!

Jordan at R&R is awesome! He has been a fantastic property manager for my rental homes and has always ensured low vacancy and competitive market rents on all of the units. I wish every realtor I worked with was as professional and easy to get along with as Jordan Leventhal at R&R

I wanted to share my disappointment with the service I received from your agency. I was very interested in one of your listings and made multiple attempts to schedule a viewing—through phone calls, voicemails, your website, emails and direct contact with an agent named Jordan. Despite expressing urgency and providing my availability, I never received a follow-up. The lack of communication and professionalism left a poor impression. I’ve since found another property elsewhere, but I wanted to let you know I do not recommend your agency based on this experience.

If i could give a zero rating i would. I inquired on a property that had been listed for rent for over 100+ days. Now having the experience of the application process, i can truly understand why my realtor advised not to apply, and why the property has been listed for so long. I specifically dealt with leasing coordinator Maggie Gomez who in my opinion was unprofessional. Their extreme vetting process makes as if you are under audit from the IRS. Communication was mostly via email and the requests were always made in broad statements. When i would respond to the request the agent would then reply with another request that was not disclosed in the original request. In layman's terms i received the good ol' "run around". I normally do not leave reviews but i did feel the need to leave mine to warn potential clients to not waste your time and energy unless you have the patience and do not value your privacy. Overall it was a negative experience and i paid $40 for the company to waste my time. You've been warned.

RnR have been my property managers for many years. The team successfully helped me list my new property and find a tenant. I really appreciate their commitment to getting the job done. Well done: Lucas, Maggie, Jordan , Julie and Trish!
