My experience with North Oak Investment was not a very good experience, I was Very Disappointed in the way Bernie handle my Prospect property I was approved for the loan for this particular property all the papers where getting prepared for the actual closing. Then all of sudden I got email after 3 weeks had been approve for the loan and now said my Loan was denied. My Appraisal was scheduled but when I went out to meet the Appraiser we couldn't get in the property because the door was sticking was suppose to setup another time to meet up with the Appraiser that didn't happen. So, the Appraisal wasn't completed this Appraiser took a couple of pictures outside across the street from the property that didn't have anything to do with the property. The next day I was notified by email that my Loan was denied after I had been approved for the loan 4 weeks ago. Bernie, was calling me every day about this property trying to discourage me with whatever he would question and I would respond and and answer his questions. So, Bernie didn't want to Fund this deal and came up with alot of excuses to not fund the deal. Bernie, has Poor customer service very unprofessional and makes North Oak Investment look bad. Bernie, funds for who he wants to help with their funding he talks and says in his conversation with certain people and expresses prejudice with different nationalities. This is suppose to be a business to help people with their investments. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone else, especially dealing with Bernie. He's Horrible very unprofessional.
