We specialize in long-term rental and property management services for single family homes and small multifamily properties (<4 units) in Bucks and Montgomery counties outside Philadelphia. We do not manage communities, associations, or large multifamily properties. We do not manage properties in Philadelphia.

I have worked with KeyRenter BuxMont for quite some time, and their entire team is professional, efficient, and consistently on top of things. They’re quick to address issues, follow through, and make sure nothing gets overlooked. It’s clear they take pride in what they do and understand the importance of providing excellent service to both property owners and tenants. A well run company with a great team behind it. Highly recommend!

Horrible experience so far, our landlord chose this company to manage his properties about 6 months into our original lease, today I locked myself out with my three year old daughter and I was told I can have someone come out with a key for $150 charge or $50 to pick up a key, mind you I live .4 miles away from their office. When I texted back saying I found it outrageous that they have charge to the tenant to unlock a door that they keep spare keys to they replied with a thumbs up emoji. Extremely unprofessional.

I recently moved into a property managed by Keyrenter BuxMont, and overall my experience has been very positive.
The move-in process was smooth, and the team has been responsive and helpful with any questions I’ve had so far. Communication has been clear, and I appreciate how quickly they follow up when I reach out.
The property was in good condition at move-in, and any minor questions or concerns I’ve had are being addressed.
Overall, I’ve had a good experience so far and would recommend them to others looking for a well-managed rental.

My wife and I have been staying in a condo now for about a year and half that is managed by Keyrenter. Keyrenter has been a great company to work with. Whenever we have any issues they are right on top of it to get repairs done in a timely manner or answer any questions we have. We plan on staying longer because of how great they manage everything.

I rented a condo in Chalfont PA with KeyRenter. They proved to be responsive, compassionate, professional, approachable, timely with handling any issues. Their portal was handy for rent payment, maintenance or other issues. I would recommend them.

Keyrenter Buxmont took over the property that I was living at in 2024. When they took over, it was a huge difference and in a good way, I would call them or text them about a maintenance issue and within a few hours I would get a response and someone will be able to fix whatever was wrong. I never had an issue with anybody at the office. They were always respectful when I called and they always you’re very prompt to answer any questions that I had. If I were to rent another property through them, I would be just as happy as I was at my previous apartment.

My hot water heater stopped working on Saturday! I reached out to Keyrenter. The representative kindly took my information and submitted a maintenance request right away. I was I. Contact with a technician within a half an hour and the issue was addressed within 24hours! Thank you so much for the quick responses and repairs!
