Hello!! I just want to say thank you and that Shawn and Jeff are proficient, polite, professional, and courteous. I had a little situation trying to contact, anyone, and Shawn (and Ben) really took care of the situation. Jeff has been out to our house a couple times and each time is an easy and chill visit. He is friendly and gets the work done. I appreciate you!

Keyrenters have been amazing so far in my experience. They are quick, efficient, and very helpful! We were having a problem with our electric and they handled the project in one day to get us up and running. They also got me a brand new washing machine just a couple days after ours broke. I feel grateful for keyrenters!!!!!!

I toured an apartment and applied in less than 20 hours of the tour. Both me and my partner applied for $60 each. Two hours after we applied and paid, the listing was taken down and they said the apartment was leased to someone else. I wouldn’t trust this company or Benjamin Graham especially. I was in contact with him and he knew I was applying and also knew it was leased to someone else.

The repair men were very friendly and helpful. They worked efficiently in a timely manner. I would recommend Hess to other people. And also the response time from key renters went very well. Also the men who powered washed the building were very friendly and did well last Friday and monday.

I’m a tenant looking for property to rent. I found a property and inquired through realtor.com. I called the number listed on the site and it sent me to a business selling medical alerts. I then googled the property management for the site a got a number. I spoke Shaun who told me I need to fill out the application to view the property. She sent me the link and I was able to fill it out and submit it within 30 minutes of that call. During the call, she told me that she would be in the lookout for it since I wanted to view the place the same day. She also informed me that it was a self viewing. I waited about 1 hour before calling back but no one picked up the phone. I texted the number she texted me to see if she received my application. It took her two hours to respond asking me to upload the identification again. When I clicked the link again to do that, the system alerted me that my information had already been sent so it didn’t allow me to upload the ID again. I responded with that information in the text and asked if I could send them the ID some other way. I was told that I couldn’t. I then decided to drive 4mins to the office. On the way, I received another text telling me that they are having issues with the system. I asked for a phone call so they can explain what’s going on and to let them know I was on the way. They never called. I called them about 8 times before I got to the location. They are horrible with answering phones. I get to their office and no one is here. I then called back. Someone finally picked up and said everyone is working from home. I asked to speak to a manager. The manager finally calls me after waiting for about 20mins. He explain the issue and how he’s trying to override the system so that I can view this self show property. I asked him what’s the issues with someone showing me the property while they work on the system issue in the background. I also asked why doesn’t anyone pick up the phone to let the tenant know what’s going on. Benjamin did not have a response. I would hate to deal with them as a property owner or a tenant since no one seems to be available and they don’t know how to work around system issues.
