Hired Keyrenter three weeks ago to take over two rentals that were being neglected by my previous management company. They have turned things around very quickly. I feel much more confident with their team going forward. Special shout out to Andrea Gonzales as she has taken lead on making things happen for me. She is detailed and responsive.

We came to our new home full of junk , gross food and trash, the grass wasn’t cut in the back, there was a notice from the city of hazards and many many more. The trash bin was full, the outside patio was covered in cobwebs and broken with wasps nests, there was items we were told that were going to be removed that weren’t. The deep freezer was full of junk. There was a pile of spit out sunflower seeds. There were nails and a sharp blade on the garage floor that thankfully we didn’t park in the garage. No one has called us back. No one has cared to do their job. All of this was told to us that it would be taken care of before we arrived.

I had a wonderful experience working with Keyrenter. Scott, Andrea, and the team did a fantastic job helping me rent my house quickly and in a timely manner. Their professionalism, guidance, and effort throughout the process made everything smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate their hard work.

The Keyrenter is amazing. We have worked with them for almost a year now and the experience is just awesome!! They take care of everything at an extremely reasonable price and we do not need to worry about anything. Willie did an extremely good job to our house. We are so happy that we have Keyrenter and Willie:) If I can, I will put a 10-star for them.

My experience with Keyrenter was extremely frustrating and disappointing. They lack transparency, and their communication is poor at best. When I moved out, I opened a ticket to resolve a maintenance issue related to blinds and cleaning, but I never received a response. I made every effort to resolve the matter in advance, yet I was ignored and later hit with inflated charges. Even though I vacated the property 30 days early and the unit remained untouched, I was still forced to pay the full rent for the final month. It then took over 30 days just to receive my deposit back, well past what most reputable companies would consider reasonable. When the final charges came, I was shocked. Keyrenter bundled “extra” charges together—like overpriced blind replacements, deep cleaning, and basic light bulb changes—as a package, clearly aiming to squeeze more money from tenants. The costs were excessive, and no effort was made to justify them or communicate them clearly before the move-out. Overall, it felt more like a cash grab than a fair and professional property management process. I would not recommend Keyrenter to any tenant looking for a trustworthy or responsive landlord.
