I’ve had an excellent experience with Keyrenter Property Management. They listen, they follow through, and they respond promptly every time. What stands out most is how personal the relationship feels. Instead of a corporate atmosphere, you get a team that treats you like family and truly cares about your needs. A great company to work with.

I work as a housing coordinator, and I had a client need to move quickly and needed someone who was knowledgeable about state programs and client needs. I worked with Joey Nava who not only showed expertise, but excellent customer service, but patience. He had to coordinate with about 5 people and update forms multiple times. We were able to work together and help house a client within their timeline successfully which was a huge relief to the client and also filled and empty vacancy. Thank you!

Joey Nava was great during the home viewing and then the leasing process. He was very responsive and informative. I was able to tour the home multiple times prior to making my decision. Additionally, after moving in, there were a few items that needed done and Ruby Acevedo got things ordered and taken care so quickly! I'm very happy with the service each of these Keyrenter individuals provided and I feel very comfortable reaching out to them in the future! Thank you Joey and Ruby!!!

Michelle at Keyrenter has been amazing. She has been so understanding and patient with us. She stays in communication through everything and answers any questions we may have, no matter how dumb we think they may be. She is great.

We have been working with Keyrenter for all of their garage door needs. Keyrenter has been very prompt and they have made sure they give us all the information we need in order to get repairs and installations done for their tenants/renters as soon as possible. They are a great company to work with.

We came to our new home full of junk , gross food and trash, the grass wasn’t cut in the back, there was a notice from the city of hazards and many many more. The trash bin was full, the outside patio was covered in cobwebs and broken with wasps nests, there was items we were told that were going to be removed that weren’t. The deep freezer was full of junk. There was a pile of spit out sunflower seeds. There were nails and a sharp blade on the garage floor that thankfully we didn’t park in the garage. No one has called us back. No one has cared to do their job. All of this was told to us that it would be taken care of before we arrived.
