So far, on two separate occasions and through several contacts, we haven’t been able to contact the owners when we have more complex questions about the property. But other than that, Keyrenter has been quite pleasant to work with. Ruby is always prompt about replying to my messages, and maintenance workers always do a great job.

We came to our new home full of junk , gross food and trash, the grass wasn’t cut in the back, there was a notice from the city of hazards and many many more. The trash bin was full, the outside patio was covered in cobwebs and broken with wasps nests, there was items we were told that were going to be removed that weren’t. The deep freezer was full of junk. There was a pile of spit out sunflower seeds. There were nails and a sharp blade on the garage floor that thankfully we didn’t park in the garage. No one has called us back. No one has cared to do their job. All of this was told to us that it would be taken care of before we arrived.
