I’ve been in real estate for over 26 years. By the time I was 34, I had personally fixed and flipped more than 165 homes and built a portfolio of 53 rental properties. When the 2008 market crash hit, I—like many others—lost my job. But thanks to those rentals, I didn’t need to work. I took a couple of years off and truly enjoyed life.

Around 2010–2011, a friend introduced me to the opportunity to partner in the We Buy Houses franchise. Over the next several years, our team wholesaled a few thousand homes.

In 2015, I decided it was time to go my own way. By 2016, I launched KingsofCapital.com, where for the past nine years, I’ve helped thousands of investors close on hundreds of millions of dollars’ worth of deals.
