I recently worked with Kyle to purchase my new home, and the experience was fantastic. Kyle was professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated from start to finish.
He took the time to understand my needs, provided valuable insights, and was always responsive and communicative. His expertise in the local market and effective negotiation skills ensured I got the best deal possible - including concessions the seller wasn’t even offering. We went from making an offer on March 16 to closing on April 21. A seamless process!!!
On a personal level, Kyle was friendly and approachable, making the home-buying process enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend Kyle to anyone looking for a top-notch real estate agent.

Kyle has made a stressful process effortless. It was great to have someone who got our jokes and references and made the process overall enjoyable. From answering our calls/ texts at odd hours of the day as they popped in my head to being a liason between brokers, even down to the small details of having our listings printed out in a nice book for us to reference as we walked through. Kyle remained professional throughout the entire process and made us feel like family. We are blessed the algorithm pushed us his way.

I have been in the mortgage industry for over 20 years. Good friends just purchased their first home. Kyle took care of every detail. He led them to find the perfect home, negotiated a very good contract, and completed minor repairs seamlessly. In dedication, integrity and diligence Kyle and his entire team are wonderful. Highly recommend.
