My tour with Porter was absolutely amazing, she showed me three units in my price range and all three were gorgeous and well cared for. Very attentive and answered my questions perfectly. Definitely a reason I ended up applying, I find it really important that the people who work in my apartments are kind and respectful to everyone. Hit it right out of the ballpark for me!

Avrey showed me the property and it was a great experience. He was very kind and knowledgable about the units available, and he made the process fast and smooth. Definitely one of the better tours I’ve had because the property was great and Avrey was so easy to talk to. 10/10

Moving into the Emerald City wouldn’t have been an option without the help from Tasha Newell and Barbara Hartley, with Real Property Associates Inc. From affordable living in a high demand location to genuine care for the residents and all of our needs. We had the pleasure of working with Tasha in finding our new home! She was friendly, informative, and was patient as we handled our rental applications. We knew we were in good hands as she kept us updated every step of the way :) 10/10 recommend and will send my loved ones her way should something arise in the future!

Rob did an amazing job today fixing 3 major fixes, First, our bathroom door.
Second, tightening the toilet seat.
Third, Fixing the sink issue.
Now we can use our bathroom again with functionality and happiness!

Hiring Real Property Associates is the best thing anyone can do. The experience I had working with their firm, particularly with Max, was incredible. This guy knows what he is doing and he does it with utmost care and customer service. With him I experienced one of the highest client retention and satisfaction results I have ever had.

Real Property Associates made the application process very easy! Quien had great communication and quick responses which is very important when trying to find a place to live. I felt that they worked with me well to get everything accomplished. Furthermore, the process of scheduling a tour was quick and seamless. During the tour Juan was very nice and mentioned another unit that might work for me. I ended up touring the second unit and liked it so much that I applied to that one instead. It was nice to be given all the options and decide what was best for me. A great start to hopefully an amazing new place to live!
