Had a really smooth experience overall. Communication was clear, everything was ready on time, and the process felt straightforward instead of stressful (which I really appreciated).
Heather was great as the initial point of contact, and Quien handled the leasing process efficiently and professionally. The tenant relations team was responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. and making the transition feel seamless. Great experience so far!

Porter was amazing throughout this whole process. From the first showing to getting the lease finalized, he was super responsive, clear, and easy to work with. He made everything feel smooth and stress-free, especially for a first-time renter. Anytime we had questions, Porter was quick to explain things and make sure we felt comfortable moving forward. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping tenants and making the experience positive.
Highly recommend working with Porter if you’re looking for a place — great communication, professionalism, and overall great service.

Porter was the friendliest and most welcoming realtor/property manager that we’ve come across in this city in our 10+ years of living here ! She was kind, genuinely interested in what we had to say and ask, professional, and most importantly- we felt that she was proud of the building and unit that she was showing us (you wouldn’t believe how hard that is to find in this city ESPECIALLY at a decent price point).
She immediately knew all of the answers to all of the questions we asked, and did a great job at enthusiastically describing and selling the free amenities and honestly the building in general! We saw 4 properties throughout the day after the one Porter showed us, and not only is the building the perfect fit, but Porter was the only person we talked to that had all of the answers handy and felt genuinely excited and proud to be showing off the building !! My partner and I would both recommend Porter a thousand times over !!! Thank you for your help, friend!

We first received maintenance care from Tony at RPA back in October when we discovered a hole in the roof of our garage. Tony was amazing, he was great at communicating both when he was here as well as his progress. He took what was a complex repair and was able to adapt and fix the garage roof to ensure the roof was no longer leaking. Tony was very friendly and provided an experience that was stress free.
Our second time with Tony visiting was to address an outdoor outlet that likely needed to be replaced. The maintenance request was submitted on a Thursday and the next day I received a text with options to schedule for Monday or Tuesday. We were very pleased with the response time and the ability to schedule so quickly. Tony was able to replace the outlet and to no surprise he provided the same professional and friendly experience as before.

I want to express my appreciation for the excellent service Kyle provided while fixing my heater. He was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire process. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and made sure the heater was working perfectly and the work area clean before leaving. His friendly attitude and attention to detail made the whole experience smooth and reassuring.

Mr. Taylor from RPA was doing an excellent job on replacing the stairwell. His very understanding on my situations and making sure that his doing his job well done and on the time schedules. His very easy to talk to, calm, and appreciate everything he does. Im so grateful of his job. We're not afraid anymore of going up and down on the stairwell because he was making sure that everything is solid, like the wood and etc. Words are not enough to express. Thank you RPA fir sending Taylor. He deserves a bonus please. Thank you so much!
