We feel good about the prompt maintenance and have felt comfortable in our space and our concerns are addressed appropriately. Compliments to technician Rob who has done a nice job on multiple visits. The most recent was a kitchen faucet where he was sure to get one of equivalent (honestly slightly better) quality than the one that needed replacement. Thanks Rob!

Evie gave us an absolutely amazing showing! She was incredibly knowledgeable, answered all of our questions with confidence and clarity, and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout. It was very clear she really knew her stuff and genuinely cared about helping us find our home. 10/10 experience- we couldn’t have asked for a better guide. Very quick process of scheduling a tour, was able to do so almost immediately after expressing interest in the apartment that was posted. Maddy was incredibly friendly and welcoming, punctual and professional and very thorough throughout the viewing. She made my new home feel even more inviting. Overall great experience which is hard to come by these days when looking for a new home.

I had an amazing experience working with Max from RPA Inc. He promised me a new refrigerator and stove, and he delivered—no games, no runaround, just straight-up honesty and follow-through. It’s rare to find someone who truly keeps their word, but Max did exactly that. Mike, from maintenance has come out a couple times to fix a few things and has done such a thorough job! He came to fix our thermostat. I mentioned that the heater unit looked like it needed cleaning too and he said he was willing to take care of it. He was very friendly and personable and his efficient work was much appreciated!

Kyle was such a nice gentleman and very straight to the point about getting the job done! He helped fix my ceiling and figured everything out promptly and professionally! He also helped by vacuuming up the debris the previous workers left, I'm including some before and after pictures
