I connected with Steve Adams through inquiring for more info on a Realtor.com listing. I’m so glad he was the one who reached out that evening. Steve put in a lot of time to show us many homes in the area and some multiple times. Steve always went above and beyond to answer questions we had, contact realtors for listings, provided honest insight, etc. Steve made the experience of relocating from SC to NC much easier. We appreciate everything Steve did with us and for us to find our new home. If you are interested in listings in Pender County, Steve loves a good hotdog from Paul’s Place.

Steve Adams was AWESOME to work with! He found us our wonderful condo on 58th Street in Southern Shores Villas! We had such a great experience working with him on the purchase of our condo that we reached out to him again to sell our condo and he found us our new home in Oak Island on Womble. Steve is very professional to work with and was also very diligent with selling and buying our new home. Steve was great to work with and we would definitely work with him again!

We were softly looking to purchase a home in Brunswick County for a while.
When we decided the time was right we saw a few houses of interest on realtor.com and was randomly assigned Steve Adams to be our agent. We feel we got the luck of the draw with Steve. We were moving from another state and had lived in our home for over 37 yrs. (Very green when it came to real estate purchasing) Steve was very helpful and informative to us every step of the way. He explained the steps involved from offer, due diligence, contract signing, inspection, etc. He gave us recommendations for lawyer, mortgage, insurance, etc. He would make trips to house to find info for us and communicate with seller via their realtor. He always responded quickly to any requests. He was a pleasure to work with and we were happy to have met him and would highly recommend Steve.

My experance was seamless using Steve. I got the last of my belongings from my home on a Saturday morning and between Steve and God I had a contract on Monday. Three weeks later we closed! Great job! Thanks for your help!
