Worst company I have ever dealt with in any capacity. Apparently they purchased a rental management company in ohio and have decided to make life difficult for renters in ohio with additional charges, communication through call centers only and other nonsense. I rented through a local management company in ohio it was purchased by PMI INDY and I have had daily calls from an Indian call center over issues that take two minutes to sort. Worst company experience ever, was able to work through the mortgage process faster than they can understand a 30 day notice.

Aiko Shosaku in Resident Support was incredibly helpful, personable and knowledgeable. I have been trying to get payment-portal issues fixed and arrangements for move-out , or possible extended-lease, made for months. I kept reaching dead ends. Aiko fixed my web issues and got me answers on all of my move-out questions and made arrangements on one short phone call. She even followed up the next day with additional important details. She is a superstar!

I’ve had a great experience working with our property management team, especially Paulo, the maintenance coordinator. He’s consistently responsive, professional, and detail-oriented. Any maintenance request we’ve had has been handled quickly and efficiently, with clear communication every step of the way.
Highly recommend this team, and big thanks to Paulo for his excellent work.

My experience with PMI was incredible, they were fast, professional and kind to us throughout our process of getting a home.
