An all around great team. As an active duty military member stationed overseas, they have been reliable and helpful with all issues that have come up. They ensured I had no vacancies and handled the maintenance of not only the interior but exterior of the property. I highly recommend their services to all property owners in the area.

This was my first time living in an apartment and Dillon Realty has exceeded my expectations. They have promptly attended to each maintenance request submitted. The office is transparent and treats their tenants with the utmost respect. The hallways are tended to often and the landscaping is up to par. I have had a great experience thus far and would recommend this management company to any property owner. Thank you for providing a safe and clean environment for your tenants.

This is a very nice place and I am hopefully I can get it because I have a disabled daughter that stairs would fit perfectly for her wheelchair and her walker and it’s right by her dialysis center

I like the apartment that I live in, but, I think the radiator needs cleaning, because in the winter time the radiator doesn't get hot enough, even if you turn the temperature up on the heat control panel. Plus every time you turn around the washer machine of the dryer down, I don't know if because they are old, or someone keep breaking them not on purpose..

The personal people are polite and nice. However the $95 surcharges are not at all Helpful.$75 for sewer.... $12 for Trash.... $7 admin fee.... whats up with that.... the pest control... with the warmer weather...I've had a high influx of spiders (& insects)... all the additional charges... are not being very helpful... Just my insight.

I've been searching to relocate back to my home town and near family, it seems like years. Especially in search for something affordable and pet friendly as a single person with only pets as "fur babies". As a family oriented person that takes care of my elders as well as the one everyone relies on located furthest away. I was close to giving up honestly& it seemed I would be stuck in Wisconsin forever with lost hopes. Whole heartedly i just wanna say thank you for being The company I can rely on . I'd like to give my upmost appreciation to all staff, especially management & Raquel for making their accommodations they didn't have too regarding my pets when a lot of places don't accept these days ! So looking forward to this new leaf 🍂 turning over in my life. Also so much love &respect to Vikki who was able to be so kind to go the extra mile, to give me time I was almost to short managing with my hands full getting my dog DNA swabbed. Just beings so kind to him too in the process for me to make it out the Office on time & receive my keys before close time. I look forward to becoming your new favorite tenant! 🥲

Best experience I’ve had when looking to move in. Erika was very informative when showing the unit and listened to everything I had going on. Raquel is beyond amazing. The entire company is very helpful and willing to work with you. Easy application, lease signing, etc. They give you all the information you need and made everything super smooth and easy for me to move in. Very clean and up to date apartment as well. I have no complaints about anything, great company overall and super amazing staff. Thank you all!

Tachio, Matthew, and Jayden in maintenance are awesome. They’re efficient, polite, and clean when they come and do work. They are also very responsive to work orders as well. Thanks for the hard work! Jesus from maintenance came back a few weeks later and remodeled my shower and he did a phenomenal job! I’m very pleased with the work he’s done, his communication throughout the whole process. Thank you Jesus!
