I was the seller's agent and Judy with Navigate was the buyer's agent on a resent transaction. Judy was very professional, responsive, and thorough. I could tell she really wanted the best for her clients and work very hard on their behalf. If you are looking to purchase an investment property you want Judy on your side! I hope we have the opportunity to serve clients together again and again!

Trying this review thing since I see other tenants have gotten traction.
Overall our experience was ok. They are disorganized. We had issues getting them the deposit because of how they wanted it done. They didn’t know what our mailbox number was when we moved in so we had to go try the keys in every mailbox and tell them what number it worked for. These were relatively small inconveniences that we were able to work through.
The real problem arose at the end of June when maintenance came out to do work on the hot water heater and AC. When I went to pay rent for July, I saw we had been charged over $100 for the visit. I immediately sent a message to Navigate requesting an explanation for why we were charged. They responded stating they were discussing with maintenance and would get back to me. They never did. I followed up again the last day of July. Again they said they were looking into it and would get back to me. They never did. Now they follow up with me the day before our property is taken over by another management company stating we need to pay or will be charged late fees. Again with no explanation for why we were charged for something covered under lease in the first place. Conveniently, in the portal each month, the charge was slowly broken out to generic categories.
I will gladly pay for visits that are not covered under lease, but waiting 3 months for an explanation, not getting one, and then being hounded or threatened with late charges is not ok.

This has to be the worst management company I have ever experienced in my life ! If I could give zero stars I would ! I have always paid everything requested in a timely matter even before it was due. This company charged me 2 deposits and tried to say I was late on rent for 3 months straight! When I was not late. They charged me the deposit a second time by mistake and this caused me to receive threatening notices. My land lord FIRED them, and they are still emailing me telling me I owe money for rent when they don’t manage this property! I pay my landlord directly now with zero issues, so I why are you emailing me telling me I owe you? You don’t manage this property !!!! Save your credit and don’t use them ! They have no idea what they are doing !!!!
Update: They only tried to rectify the situation after I left my one star review. A 6 month issue corrected in 10 minutes. They went as far as asking me to remove my one star review. I advised I will not remove it because they corrected an issue in 10 minutes they ignored for 6 months. This shows the lack of organization and how they just put you on the back burner until it personally affects them. I would be cautious of all the 4 star reviews. They may have convinced someone to change it. I only have a tiny insight of all the issues I experienced as a tenant. They are a great catfish I’ll tell you that ! And I never leave bad reviews, but boy did I take my time on this one !

I’ve had a fantastic experience working with Navigate. From day one, their team has been professional, responsive, and truly committed to making the entire process stress-free. Communication is always clear and timely, and any questions or concerns are addressed right away.
What really stands out is their attention to detail and how much they care about both property owners and tenants. They handle everything seamlessly—maintenance requests, rent collection, and keeping the property in top shape. I feel confident knowing my investment is in good hands.
It’s rare to find a company that combines professionalism with such genuine care, but Navigate does exactly that. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy property management.

Ernesto, Judy, and the rest of the team at Navigate are fantastic! They truly provide a turn key solution for the management of our rentals. They have done everything for us from the initial make-ready work to placing great tenants for us AND professionally handling the not-so-fun stuff that comes along with owning rental property. 10/10 highly recommend!

Navigate Property Management is an excellent company in North Texas. Their crews/staff are fabulous. Recently, I signed up for a full service with them and I see that everyone in this company is very helpful and listens carefully and addresses them very professionally. Especially Tammy Garcia, Courtney Jenn, and Christine Meynell awesomeness. Ernesto is the owner of this company and he is a very reasonable gentleman. I would highly recommend using their service.

We are currently renting a home through this company and they have been very disorganized from the very beginning. Just getting into our home was a huge headache. Recently they even tried telling us that we only have a 1 year contract and we needed to get ready to either move or sign another contract. Not true by the way. And it was eventually fixed, but just another headache for us to deal with. We agreed to sign a 2 year lease agreement under the terms that lawn care would be taken care of. Our front and back yard are completely overgrown. We don’t have a lawnmower and we refuse to pay someone to cut it when it should be taken care of for free in the first place. It’s embarrassing because our yard looks awful. I don’t know how HOA is even putting up with this. Each time that I have tried contacting someone from this company either through email or phone, I never get a response. No one ever answers the phone. I don’t know what else to do in order to get our grass cut in a timely manner. So that’s why I’m leaving a review. I am tired of dealing with this issue more than once. Please think twice before doing business with these people.

I 10/10 Highly recommend John Myer as your realtor! I let him know my criteria in a home, and he found exactly what I was looking for. From touring the different homes to speaking to listing agents on my behalf, I couldn’t ask for anything better than that. His communication is top tier. You will not be disappointed!!
