Ziprent keeps deleting my reviews. If you want your place os residence listed on ALL rental sites like Redfin, Trulia, etc, then go ahead and rent from Ziprent. This is a hostile property management company who is in the business of real estate competition and not "efficient" property management. You have to ask specifically to have them remove your listing, which they will only do temporarily. I looked again today and found my HOUSE where I LIVE listed with all details on all sites. The sites say "not an active listing" but it is still on the internet for all people to search, watch and wait. What a joke this company is. Can't wait to see their reply!

Heading into my 3rd year with Ziprent as a owner. I'm not sure why I keep expecting anything different. They have a whole bunch of people in their team, and you never know who you are communicating with and they don't communicate with each other. They can't read and always rush into things with out clarifying with me. They also have limited support, they have only a couple of vendors ( usual above market rate) and if you choose to use your own vendor or if they don't support that service, you will have to do it on your own. Communication has been the hardest part about working with Ziprent. Although they are affordable, please consider all the additional work the owner may have. For example, last year, I had to go through eviction and I did all the work. Ziprent wouldn't help pay them (with my money) because they don't have ACH set up with them. I had to pay them myself and do all the coordination which I though was the job of Ziprent. They did not help my find an eviction service either and I did it all on my own. Just be aware that owner made have to put in additional efforts when working with them rather than a traditional management company but i guess it's because they are more affordable.

Zip Rent has been a phenomenal service. They are excellent in coordinating communications with tenants and have shown to be professional and diplomatic with both parties. When working through disagreements, repairs or other challenges, they truly work to ensure customer satisfaction for both landlords and tenants. Before using ZipRent I was doing things on my own and at times I regretted the stresses that came with being a landlord. But now seeing how much time ZipRent saves me for marketing, tenant placement, showings, managing communications and repairs and managing payments... it's a no brainer! I'll never go back.
