I have been renting with Fortefied since December 2024. It has been a great experience thus far. Any time we have had a maintenance request my property manager Zeke has gotten right on it and it’s fixed within 3 days or less. I would highly recommend them!

Last year I had the pleasure of meeting Jeannie Toberman when I was searching for a home in the Liberty area. Throughout the year she has seen me through several of life’s ups and downs, always giving me great advice, a helping hand, and knowledge. She has consistently made maintenance requests, paying rent, and the moving process so easy. Now life has brought me to a new era and she is helping me once again and found me the perfect home. I gave her a list of things I needed in a new house, and she couldn’t have done any better. She works hard for her clients, is honest and trustworthy, and I won’t use any other realtor now that I found the best.

They have always been professional, responsive, and easy to work with, and any maintenance issues have been handled quickly and efficiently. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their tenants and the properties they manage. I’m very happy with my experience and would absolutely recommend them!

Definitely one of the best property management companies I’ve ever had. From signing to lease to end of lease. Had no issues. Very good communication. I especially wanna thank zeke for all the help couldn’t ask for a better experience.

I’ve currently been a tenant with fortified dreams property solutions for two years!! Let me tell you guys these guys are awesome!! Reason why I haven’t considered leaving! I’ve never had a problem out of these guys when I’m in need of something they are very fast responsive. I would like to thank my property managers Nick P and Dasan M great men!!!

I have gone back and forth about writing this, but at this point, I am at the end of my wits. My lease is up at the end of the month and I have reached out to Dasan AND your office trying to inquire about renewing for another year. No answer, and no return phone call. If I call it goes straight to a general voice mail box telling me to text my property manager, which I have TWICE. I have had to resort to getting in touch with the Property Owner directly to make sure there wasn't some unknown reason that I cannot get a reply or answer concerning this issue. They state that they have had correspondence with Dasan and that he would be in touch. That was 3 weeks ago. I need to speak with someone at fortified dreams property solutions ASAP. It seems like texts, and voicemails don't illicit a response, but from the looks of it a bad review seems to. Some unsolicited constructive feedback from someone that has been in client facing roles the majority of their professional career- Communication is key. In this day and age with internet, phone, text, email, etc. There really is no reason that someone at your company can't reply or return a message. You have multiple numbers to call/text and multiple email addresses as well to contact me. It's unprofessional, it's counter productive, and it leads to things like bad reviews which unfortunately, depending on the person reading them can hold a monumental amount of weight. It also leads to alienation of a good client (me). I pay my rent on time. I have NEVER put in a maintenance request with 4th Dimension or Fortified Dreams, and I take pride in the property that I currently inhabit. I know I am a good tenant for you. I don't bother you, (well, I didn't until this issue), and I send you the rent (most of the time early). Can't get much better than that from a property management perspective. Looking forward to getting this sorted so this can be removed. I am not someone that resorts to leaving bad reviews but as I said, end of my wits. I would appreciate your understanding and prompt attention to this matter. Good day. AP

Victoria M. was absolutely Fabulous! She did a lot of work in the beginning for us to find a rental. We were pleased to the max with the option she had for us. She even worked outside of regular hours to ensure we found something. It broke my heart, when we switched to a different agent, because of all her efforts. My husband and I unfortunately ended up going with a separate home under the same company assigned to a Mr Nick Powell. Both agents have worked hard to get us everything we need and help us get to the finish line! Fortified dreams helped us take a lot of work out of an out of state move. Loads of time has been saved and stress lifted off our shoulders. If you’re looking for a rental in NC, as a renter client, I 10/10 recommend you give these agents a call and let them help you! A lot of thought, effort, and time has been given to me and my endless beckoning and demands. If they can please me I guarantee they can please you too.
