First off I love the house I’m currently renting but this was not the first company that had my house under contract. Second off the property owner nor this company has come out to introduce themselves as well as to offer any kind of service or assistance once I reached out about an electrical issue due to an expensive electrical bill due to negligence from the previous property manager. They have always answered my husband anytime he has sent any request in or complaints. I feel as if there could be a better solution for communication between the company and the tenants. We both went this house and I feel like I should be treated as an equal. We have already been made to renew our lease agreement although we moved here in October of 2023. Although they never replied to any of my text messages or messages in the portal I was made to sign the lease contract when my husband did. Not once did this lease agreement offer any room to add children or ask if we already had existing pets in the home before they took over. It was as if they had already been to the home and gave us no option but to agree to the new lease.However the contract has been renewed and we have been getting the necessary updates that this house deserves. Please look into any company before you rent

I have been renting with Fortefied since December 2024. It has been a great experience thus far. Any time we have had a maintenance request my property manager Zeke has gotten right on it and it’s fixed within 3 days or less. I would highly recommend them!

Last year I had the pleasure of meeting Jeannie Toberman when I was searching for a home in the Liberty area. Throughout the year she has seen me through several of life’s ups and downs, always giving me great advice, a helping hand, and knowledge. She has consistently made maintenance requests, paying rent, and the moving process so easy. Now life has brought me to a new era and she is helping me once again and found me the perfect home. I gave her a list of things I needed in a new house, and she couldn’t have done any better. She works hard for her clients, is honest and trustworthy, and I won’t use any other realtor now that I found the best.

The best and easiest process ever! Nick is great and responsive. I was skeptical since everything is done virtually but I actually liked it. The property is beautiful and any issues I have had they fixed promptly (which has only been 2 things, a few bad spots on the deck that dry rotted and an issue with the water meter which neither is or was their fault). Overall 10s across the board!

I want to say I have been very happy with the service of getting very vital things around the home fixed. I do know things may take some time depending on what it may be. The front entrance light fixture was a quick fix once the right company was hired finally! The dreadful, and possibly “deadly” tree right near the driveway and entrance, along with the unforeseen holes found on the property that needed to be sealed in properly to deter pest. I have tried to be patient and understanding while being here for nearly 8 months just wanting this nice place to continue to flourish. I appreciate the followups and follow throughs with my requests along with many other things unnamed here. You guys have been great!
