Cody and his team take care of us as tenants like we are family. Locke Key has provided us with a home and a place to go when nowhere else feels safe. I would rent from them again and recommend anyone to them!

Gerry is so wonderful!! He is so attentive to everything we need done around the house… and we usually need ALOT done around the house! He always has a good attitude and comes very promptly once we put in maintenance requests. He does a very great job!

We absolutely love working with Locke Property Management! They have exceptional customer service, and they work hard to make sure their clients are happy. They do everything from leasing out the properties, to tenant background checks, maintenance, and making sure the property stays insured. They do all of this while making sure they are kind and fair to the tenants. If you need your property managed, I would highly recommend Locke - you can trust them to manage all your property needs!

There is literally sewage sitting in the back yard from an open pipe that have not fixed. It started last year and has flared again. Would give zero stars if I could.

We have been a resident with Locke for almost one year. Jerry has been an incredible help since our lease started. Anytime we have submitted a work order, big or small, Jerry shows up quickly and fixes our issue. He has great customer service, is kind, and trustworthy. Highly recommend working with Jerry!
