I had a very disappointing experience with Mainstay Property Management. Their complete lack of communication throughout the time they managed my property was incredibly frustrating. It became clear that their priority was collecting their fees, not maintaining or caring for the condition of my home. They failed to inform me about several damages that occurred over time, and when I decided to sell the property and no longer use their services, they left the home in a terrible state. Trash was left behind, and the place had numerous issues that were never brought to my attention while they were supposed to be managing it. This company showed little to no regard for my property or my best interests as a client. If you’re looking for a management company that truly looks out for you and maintains transparency, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Mainstay was more focused on their bottom line than on doing what’s right for the property owner.
