I recently scheduled a self-showing for one of Otter Property Management’s rental properties. The process was quick and easy—I received clear instructions on how to access the home, and everything worked without a problem.
The property itself was in decent condition and matched what was advertised in the listing. I liked that I could take my time looking around without feeling rushed or pressured. It gave me space to really picture myself living there.
Overall, the experience was convenient and well-organized. If you’re looking for a flexible and straightforward way to tour a rental, Otter makes it easy.

I loved staying at one of there apartments they make you feel safe an welcomed an definitely work with you with all your need for you to feel comfortable the only thing I did not like about them was my Peco bill was super high an the lights went off an nobody could give me an answer an was refused to see the meters , it took Peco two moths to get access an they found out I was paying for more then just my unit electricity….. other then that everything was perfect I would rent again .

We’ve always had a great experience with Otter management. They are professional, responsive, and truly care about both their tenants and property owners. Any issues are handled quickly and communication is always clear. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable real estate management.

Nice showing today , wish everything wasn't vouchers because there are working people out here that can pay their rent without assistance but I've seen 2 nice places from them and put in applications with both properties. I hope the 2nd one which I saw today doesn't require a voucher./Section 8. It's becoming frustrating.

Moving in was smooth, it was actually done all virtually which is very modern and cool. Over all how this property management conducts business and handles maintenance requests is very disappointing and borderline illegal. I paid over $1700 in rent and had a serious leak in the kitchen since December 2023 that lasted until the end of my lease April 2024 . Ive had to beg via email, call and text to get it fixed. It took them over 12 days to have someone even come look at the leak initially and when someone did come by he was just making assumptions on what was truly causing the leak. Not only did he come in just assume but told me that all it was is an “eyesore” since the way i have my home is so nice and clean. He also stated the delay to take any action was due to confirming “Warranty” on the property. After constant reaching out to the office the wall was patched up and i was assured the issue was fixed after a whole month. I’ve never received any apology for this experience. Since then not even three weeks went by that the leak started again and i made a new ticket and sent a follow up email all i received was this work order was sent to the vendor. My lease ended in end of April, 2 MONTHS after the final work order was submitted. Even after sending in the final walk through video they didn’t even care to apologize or empathize in anyway for the horrible experience and negligence. I don’t recommend this company to anyone.
