Mitchell at RPM handles my rental in Nashville and he is absolutely wonderful to work with! He communicates clearly and has everything handled before he even reaches out. I feel the pricing is more than fair for the high quality service I receive. I can’t recommend these guys highly enough!

I had a very frustrating experience with this property management company. They attempted to purchase the house I’m currently living in and dragged us through a long, stressful back-and-forth with our landlord. Throughout the process, they were disorganized and unprofessional. We were lied to multiple times, rushed to sign paperwork with changing deadlines, and sent incorrect documents not once, but twice. They also had several hidden fees that weren’t disclosed upfront.
They even made me ask my boss to sign documents on my behalf, which was completely unnecessary and put me in an awkward position. On top of that, I had to pay a $60 application fee—only for them to back out on the day we signed the lease. The entire situation was a waste of time, money, and energy. I would not recommend working with this company based on how poorly everything was handled.

I was finally fed up with my previous property management company due to the lack of care w/ my properties. I own plenty of rentals and need to be hands off to focus on other aspects of my business. Pulled the trigger with RPM and couldn’t be happier. Finally got a company that follows up with my tenants and responds immediately to maintenance requests. If you’re looking for a plug and play management company I highly recommended them. Don’t waste your time on non cash flow items and get a team that does this for a living.

Brent and his team are exceptional and incredibly professional. They have always gone the extra mile to ensure things were taken care of ahead of time. They have also been on top of communication which is something I really appreciate. Highly recommend them!

Real Property Management has made my life so much easier, since taking over my rental. They are very attentive, looping me in on decisions that are needed, but keeping me as hands off as possible, so I can step away. Would definitely recommend!
