Engaged management, by investors, for investors. We are a full service property management company built by real estate investors, for real estate investors. We want to partner with good people! If you are a new, or experienced investor, with 1 unit or many, we want to help you achieve financial independence through real estate investing. We founded Cedar Ridge Management with a mission to provide the very best service, support investing goals of property owners, care for properties and tenants diligently, and have a blast in the wonderful world of real estate investing–and glorify God through all of it. Schuyler started real estate investing in 2011 six-months before reporting to active duty in the United States Marine Corps. Because of deployments and training exercises, he struggled maintaining a profitable portfolio until he married Avery in 2016. Avery immediately turned his portfolio around by firing all of his property managers, seriously interviewing a bunch and picking ones that knew their stuff! In 2017 we started buying locally. The first duplex we bought in Jacksonville had a tenant that was 4 months behind in rent and the manager at the time didn’t even know it! So…Avery started managing our portfolio, and we never looked back. Then Avery got her real estate license and started managing for a growing group of Marines who were investing locally. Avery built the initial management portfolio by focusing on providing stellar service to owners and tenants. We committed early on to build a management company that treated every property like it was our own investment. (To this day we do not spend any money on marketing and grow by providing kick-butt service to great people like you!) In 2021, with Cedar Ridge Management having turned into the growing, rewarding company it is, we decided to get out of the Marine Corps and build a management business full time. We are passionate about real estate investing, property management, and walking with people to financial freedom through real estate!

For nearly 3 years, my husband and I rented the house we recently purchased. Working with Cedar Ridge Management was always a smooth process. They responded quickly and efficiently and always followed up to make sure everything was as it should be. It is a pleasure to say that they deserve five stars!

Cedar Ridge is the BEST property management team an owner could ask for. In fact, I consolidated all my properties under Cedar Ridge. Carolyn is great - she will get your property rented quickly to quality tenants, has a keen attention to detail, and most importantly, communicates so you are fully aware of what is going on with your property.

Everyone who has come to my home to do maintenance work has been truly exceptional. I am a newly acquired property of Cedar Ridge Management Company. So, there have been roofers, plumbers, hvac technicians, and general maintenance contractors.Every single person/ company has been courteous, respectful of my home and family schedule. Dominique is always very polite and helpful ( even when I am having trouble navigating the online situation). She is always so patient and I really appreciate that. They are an awesome company to rent from. Thanks Cedar Ridge Management team!

From the onboarding team to the property management team, Cedar ridge management has been a phenomenal owner experience. Heaths onboarding process was quick and hassle free as he seamlessly transition me to Dominiic and the property Managment team after onboarding was complete. Dominiic proceeded to get my entire house completely turned around and rent ready in just over a month. With repairs complete, she continued to communicate through weekly updates and Managment advice that resulted in my home being rented out shortly after. I cannot speak more highly of cedar ridge management as this was all done after I had moved out of North Carolina. I highly recommend Cedar Ridge Managment to anyone looking for a property management company in NC as they truly treat your property as their own.

I recently experienced some frustration with Cedar Ridge Management regarding my rental property. There were several issues that I had raised that seemed to be going unnoticed, and I was feeling like my concerns weren't being addressed.
However, after reaching out directly, the owner of the company took the time to explain the situation. It turns out that my contract was under an employee who had recently been let go, and much of my property management had been under this individual’s oversight. The owner was genuinely apologetic and took full responsibility for the lack of attention to my requests.
Since then, the owner has gone above and beyond to resolve the issues I was facing. A lot of my concerns have been addressed promptly, and I can see the effort being made to make things right.
I truly appreciate the personal outreach from the owner to handle what was neglected by former staff. It was a gesture that restored my confidence in Cedar Ridge Management, and I’m grateful for their efforts to turn things around.
I’m optimistic moving forward and hopeful that this level of communication continues.

Cedar Ridge Management has consistently gone above and beyond in every aspect — from communication and professionalism to the way they care for both properties and tenants. They handle everything efficiently and with integrity, which gives me total peace of mind. It’s rare to find a team that’s this reliable, responsive, and genuinely invested in doing things right.

We lost our house to fire last year and desperately needed a place to stay while our home was being rebuilt. Living out of a hotel was not for us. From first contacting Cedar Ridge they were nothing but compassionate and quickly got us into a home, which we absolutley loved. Always quick to answer any questions and never had any mechanical issues. Highly recommend them, great people!

Schuyler and his team at Cedar Ridge Management have made my stay in my rental so easy and wonderful. If this is what it is like dealing with a property management firm, I do not ever want to deal with an actual landlord ever again. We have had small issues like dealing with plumbing and hvac concerns to larger issues dealing with our hot water heater remedied within an hour or two after making initial contact with Cedar Ridge management. The entire team there is magnificent and I am so grateful for them. If I could rate them higher than 5 Stars, I would!
