Where to begin! We had an incredibly negative experience with this property management group. So much so that the owners of the unit we're renting fired them after only 5 months. To start, when we toured the unit, it was the first time the agent had ever been there. The agent knew nothing about the space and couldn't answer any of our questions. She was also unable to even open the front door of the building for the first 10-15 minutes. Super unprofessional. When we decided to move forward, they wanted us to send them the first month's and last month's rent, and a security deposit, without even seeing a lease. They gave us an incredibly hard time with this request. All we wanted to see were the terms and conditions so we knew what we would be signing before sending them nearly $18,000. They also wanted us to send the broker's fee to them via Venmo instead of the portal we were using for all the other fees. The fee was nearly $6,000. The entire process of signing the lease made us extremely uncomfortable. Then came move-in day. Martin Property Management had sent someone to patch holes in the walls and paint. In every single room that they touched, the paint was mismatched. It looked horrible. When we submitted a task to have them come repaint, specifically our guest bathroom, they selected a color without getting approval from the unit owners, and it looked horrible. They never came to fix the rest of the rooms, and honestly, we didn't want to ask again after they painted the guest bathroom so badly. All in all, an incredibly negative experience with this management group. My fiancé and I have been renters since 2018, and he also works in commercial real estate. We know a good property management group when we see one, and this is NOT it.

We just finished our first year with Martin Property as landlords. We are very happy with our decision to hire Martin Property to help protect our first home purchase. They make the transition from tenant to tenant easy. It is important for me that our tenant feels taken care of and has a responsive property manager. We never have to worry about the condition of our home or if our tenant's needs are taken care of.

Martin Properties is great and easy to work with. The apartment was clean and in good shape upon move-in, and the staff were communicative throughout the leasing and moving process. Carla and Scott and their team are always quick to reply about any issues and maintenance needs and requests are taken seriously and promptly. I moved into a house in Burlington managed by Martin Property Management in 2025. So far everything has been great. We get quick responses to any issues that arise, and the property itself is clean and largely issue free. Everything you need to know (like the somewhat odd local trash takeout schedule) is well documented and shared with you. Would recommend.

We found Martin Property by pure chance while looking for an apartment to settle back in to the Boston area. Since the first apartment showing the team has been quick and responsive to our request. We where in a very tight time crunch and within a weekend they had us approved and available to move in. We loved that they welcomed us to our new home with a great move in basket and the apartment in pristine shape. Lastly we are so impressed with their “concierge” service where you can contact them at any time with any questions or problems that may arise in the property. We have been in the apartment for few weeks now and we truly feel right at home ! Thank to all the Team.
