Absolutely worst property management company! We lived in a house with mold, flooding, windows that wouldn’t shut and more and it wasn’t taken care of. It took two months to get our money owed to us once we moved out. Phones weren’t ever answered and issues were dismissed when they finally did answer. It was always “the owner didn’t want to fix this”. When it is a safety or health concern, the issues need to be fixed. It’s been over two months since we’ve moved out and our previous neighbor is taking care of the lawn because Richey isn’t even considerate enough to mow the lawn! So if you want a company that lets the houses fall apart, doesn’t answer their phone or give you your money back, you’ve definitely found them!

Having a property manager has been very helpful to us because we are out of state and newly retired. We very much appreciate him overlooking the property. We feel more at ease knowing that he’s there. THANK YOU!

To keep this brief I had the following issues: - Incorrectly charged my tenants too much for rent - Did not confirm tenant had vacated property and did not see ire the keys to the property - Failed to complete a move out inspection - Waites two months to send me funds that were owed to me If you want terrible customer service, no communication, frustrated tenants, and the feeling like you have been taken advantage of then use Richie!

I have used Richey Property Management for many years for my rental property. The property had been in our family since 1944, and sometimes older homes can be a challenge to maintain. Since I am not local to the area, I trusted them to get the right people for the job. Each property manager was very responsive and quick to arrange repairs and maintenance on the property. Their accounting and tracking system made it easy to monitor the work that was being done and gave us access to the end-of- the-year documents for preparation of income taxes. Then this spring, my sister and I decided to put the property up for sale. The management company arranged for the landscaping and all the inside work to be done on the house before it was put on the market. Total wall patching and painting, new kitchen floor, sanded wood floor and repairs were done quickly (within 30 days), and the "coming soon" sign was posted at the property. Our Richey Property realtor, David Buckingham, is very knowledgeable when it comes to the area and the real estate market, especially during these times. He kept us up to date on the progress of the repairs and within a few days, he presented us with a contract for the listing price. We were with them 3 years, they always responded promptly to issues. Occasionally getting a replacement piece or new equipment took some time but they were very easy to work with. Enjoyed the experience and would recommend. Katherine was great checking us out. We had a townhouse and the owner (who we never met) was great.
