About us
We have been in the real estate industry for over 25 years and manage about 1000 residential properties in the Northern Virginia area and are investors ourselves. Our goal has always been to provide personalized service and communication with all our clients on the front end while using great technology and systems on the back end to manage the entire process effectively. We've been very successful with getting great tenants, keeping vacancy time low, keeping repair costs in check and being as proactive as possible when managing our clients' properties.

Another great experience with Richey Project Management responding to a work order. They were able to get a vendor out the same day. The vendor was superb. It is such a relief as a single tenant to get issues resolved quickly and thoroughly. I can always rely on Richey to respond to any questions quickly and thoroughly!

Richey Property Management has been about as pleasant as I could hope for in my dealings with them. We've been tenants in one of their properties for about three years now, and they've always been extremely communicative with both expectations and responses to our concerns. The online portal is easy to use, and we've never had to wait more than a couple days for any maintenance requests to be addressed. They work hard to balance being non-intrusive when things are going smoothly, while remaining courteous and speedy when addressing any issue.

I had an excellent experience working with Richey Property Management, and in particular with Moe Aldakheel.
Moe handled the listing of our property with a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and efficiency. From the initial assessment and pricing strategy to preparing the property for market and managing prospective tenants, the process was smooth and well-coordinated throughout.
What stood out most was the speed and quality of execution—we were able to secure qualified tenants in a timely manner, with clear communication at every step. Moe also provided thoughtful guidance and kept us well informed, which made decision-making straightforward and stress-free.
Overall, a very positive experience. I would highly recommend Richey Property Management to any property owner looking for a reliable and results-driven team.

I’ve had a great experience with Richey Property Management. They consistently keep us informed by sending timely emails each season that highlight important maintenance tasks for our property, as well as thoughtful reminders before storms and during extremely cold weather. Our property manager, Katherine, is always kind, approachable, and attentive to our needs. James stopped by to inspect all of our fire alarms and was courteous, respectful, and completed his work efficiently without disrupting our day. I truly appreciate the professionalism and care that the entire team provides. Highly recommended!

I am singularly impressed with Richey Property Management, LLC.
I live out of town and any questions emailed to them or call them, they have answered immediately.
My condo needed updates and they worked with me to get the best prices and quotes from reliable contractors and gave me options to choose and facilitated the project with ease.
HVAC unit replaced, they did the same.
Our Homeowner Association is very particular with rules and regulations and inspections. All this gets done effortlessly by Richey Property Management. They always keep me in the loop about markets, changes in laws pertaining to rentals and the website, Rentvine is easy to use.
Highly recommend them and I am thankful for their service.

I had an excellent experience with Richey Property Management during my stay in Virginia.
As an international student in the United States, my top priorities were maintenance quality and quick response times—and they exceeded my expectations. The maintenance team was professional, efficient, and consistently responsive whenever I needed assistance.
I would especially like to thank Philip for his outstanding support. He was extremely cooperative, responsive, and always ensured that any issue was handled quickly and professionally.
Overall, this is a highly professional company that I confidently recommend. If I have the opportunity to return to Virginia in the future, I will definitely look for a property managed by them again.

Mahir has been an excellent property manager for us. Since working with him at RPM, he has consistently kept us informed and up to date on everything related to our property. He is very responsive whenever we have questions and always provides details concerning work at our property.
What we appreciate most is his transparency and diligence. Mahir is proactive, attentive to details, and genuinely cares about making sure things are handled properly. It gives us a lot of confidence knowing our property is being managed by someone who is organized, communicative, and dependable.
We’re very happy with the service we’ve received and truly appreciate Mahir’s professionalism and dedication. Highly recommend!
