I've worked with Becky L at Maple Leaf for the last year or so. She's great! She was so helpful in getting my house ready to rent, managing needed work and supporting me and the process of readying my home. Responsive, reasonable and straightforward are the qualities she posseses. Now that my house is rented she continues to be responsive and professional. I'm so grateful!

I’ve been using Maple Leaf Property Management for the past three years to manage my rental, and they’ve been great to work with. They’re responsive, professional, and always on top of things whether it’s tenant communication, maintenance, or keeping me updated financially. They make owning a rental much more hands off and stress free. I’d definitely recommend Maple Leaf to anyone looking for a reliable property management team.

Becky has managed my property for almost five years and her professionalism has been outstanding. She is incredibly responsive, well-versed in the Seattle rental market, and fully up to date on local regulations. Her follow-through is excellent and she ensures everything is handled promptly. I’ve had true peace of mind knowing she consistently looks out for my interests and stays on top of every aspect of the property. I would confidently recommend her to any owner seeking a dependable and knowledgeable property manager.

Our first experience with Maple Leaf was as tenants, and after such a positive experience, we chose them to manage our condo. Bruce has been excellent to work with over the past five years—always prompt, responsive, and proactive in resolving issues, which gives us real peace of mind. He’s so well regarded in the building that another owner also selected him as their property manager. We highly recommend their reliable, professional services.

I’ve had a great experience with Maple Leaf Property Management. From my first call, the team clearly explained county rental regulations — straightforward, honest, and no nonsense.
I live hours away from my property, and working with Dietrich has given me complete peace of mind. He built trust immediately, communicates well, and has reliably overseen my property for several years as if it were his own.

I was very nervous about renting out my property for the first time, especially since I live out of state and wasn’t sure how I would manage everything on my own. From the very beginning, Dietrich Kiemle at Maple Leaf Property Management made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. He patiently addressed all of my concerns, explained each step clearly, and gave me complete confidence that my condo was in great hands.
Now, after two years of renting out my condo, I can’t imagine not having Maple Leaf Property Management—specifically Dietrich—managing my property. Maple leaf has been amazing in managing our rental property since we moved out the state in 2014. They really provide a piece of mind especially when we were living all the way on the east coast. Most recently we’ve been working with our property manager Jenna Hill, who has been above and beyond in providing excellent service and artfully managing some difficult situations with our tenants and overseeing maintenance projects. She is communicative and attentive to detail, and we would recommend her to anyone who is looking for great property managers!
