We highly recommend Maple Leaf Property Management because over the past 6 years Maple Leaf (Coco and her team) has kept the property continuously rented and maintained while providing monthly updates. They handle simple maintenance issues and provide quotes for more expensive repairs. They are knowledgeable of and navigate the complex local and state regulations. They thoroughly document move in/ move out conditions. We feel they truly care about both their tenants and their property owners and we want to continue doing business with them in the future.

Becky Leine and the whole Maple Leaf team have been amazing to work with over the last 4+ years I’ve rented with them. The previous management company (Mynd) was a disaster, and it was a night and day turn around as soon as Maple Leaf took over. They’re locally based and the speed of response to both issues in the apt and emails in general is exactly what you want from a mgt group.

Maple Leaf Property Management has been great to work with. When we moved into our new home, their team was prompt, courteous, and professional. We encountered several issues after moving in, but it was very easy to submit requests through their app, and each one was scheduled and resolved within the week.
Becky, in particular, was very welcoming and made our transition into the new home incredibly seamless. I would definitely recommend renting a home through Maple Leaf. It has also been much easier working with a professional property management team that has the tools, staff, and systems to support tenants, compared to working directly with a homeowner who may not have the same resources or responsiveness.

My experience with Maple Leaf has been exceptional. I’m a tenant renting one of their properties, and they have been reliable, responsive, and easy to work with. From tour to tenancy, the team I’m working with - Coco and Charlotte - have been excellent. I loved the unit during tour and wanted to move in fast - Coco led me through the process in no time! I’ve had no issues, but I know that Coco & Charlotte are there to help if anything arises. It’s a significant relief to have a property management team that willing to do the most for both the property and the tenant. Highly recommend!

I've worked with Becky L at Maple Leaf for the last year or so. She's great! She was so helpful in getting my house ready to rent, managing needed work and supporting me and the process of readying my home. Responsive, reasonable and straightforward are the qualities she posseses. Now that my house is rented she continues to be responsive and professional. I'm so grateful!

I was very nervous about renting out my property for the first time, especially since I live out of state and wasn’t sure how I would manage everything on my own. From the very beginning, Dietrich Kiemle at Maple Leaf Property Management made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. He patiently addressed all of my concerns, explained each step clearly, and gave me complete confidence that my condo was in great hands.
Now, after two years of renting out my condo, I can’t imagine not having Maple Leaf Property Management—specifically Dietrich—managing my property.
