We highly recommend Maple Leaf Property Management because over the past 6 years Maple Leaf (Coco and her team) has kept the property continuously rented and maintained while providing monthly updates. They handle simple maintenance issues and provide quotes for more expensive repairs. They are knowledgeable of and navigate the complex local and state regulations. They thoroughly document move in/ move out conditions. We feel they truly care about both their tenants and their property owners and we want to continue doing business with them in the future.

I’ve been using Maple Leaf Property Management for the past three years to manage my rental, and they’ve been great to work with. They’re responsive, professional, and always on top of things whether it’s tenant communication, maintenance, or keeping me updated financially. They make owning a rental much more hands off and stress free. I’d definitely recommend Maple Leaf to anyone looking for a reliable property management team.

Our experience with Maple Leaf Property Management has been incredible. We have been working with them for over three years now, and we couldn’t be happier with the partnership.
We specifically work with Coco, and she has been absolutely amazing. From the very beginning, the entire process has been seamless—from marketing our property and finding great tenants to handling repairs efficiently.

Maple leaf has been amazing in managing our rental property since we moved out the state in 2014. They really provide a piece of mind especially when we were living all the way on the east coast. Most recently we’ve been working with our property manager Jenna Hill, who has been above and beyond in providing excellent service and artfully managing some difficult situations with our tenants and overseeing maintenance projects. She is communicative and attentive to detail, and we would recommend her to anyone who is looking for great property managers!
