We support our clients to reach their real estate investment goals throughout the Phoenix area through rental property management (both short and long-term) as well as buyer and seller representation. My experience with Jason is that he truly cares about helping people get the right home for them. They are patient and very attentive listeners, which gives you continued peace of mind knowing that they put you and what matters to you first!!!
In my opinion, what sets them apart from others is that they are honest, caring, knowledge and service oriented. You can count on Jason, Jessica and the 4:10 Real Estate team to be on your side making sure your experience is the best it can be!!

Knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Jason delivers results and gets the job done. This is the 3rd transaction in which Jason has represented us in selling our properties. His communication skills, attention to detail and solid advice are key to our satisfaction and positive experience with Jason. As experienced investors, we have seen many others in the industry but Jason and his team excel and never disappoint. There are many out there who make promises but if you are looking for someone you can trust with proven results, we would highly recommend you give Jason and his team a shot!
