The management quality of the All County Team is truly outstanding. What impressed me the most was their consistent effort to proactively manage the property and prevent issues before they occurred. Whenever there was a problem or request, they handled everything very quickly and professionally. I was genuinely satisfied during the several years I lived in a property managed by their team.

Be careful you won’t find out until after you’ve submitted an application and paid the fee that the “ Homeowners” have special tenant requirements. At least that’s the answer you’ll be given as the company goes unresponsive. Like many property management companies happy to accept applications and collect fees and then do nothing for you after the fact.

Dave Theurer and his team from All County Property Management North Metro did a fabulous job managing our rental property in Horseshoe Bend. Always responsive, took our telephone calls, returned our calls promptly and addressed and resolved issues; such a pleasure to work with him. My husband and I highly recommend him!

Honesty and integrity are important when running a business and dealing with people. DO NOT expect this from All County Property Management in Alpharetta. We were lied to and taken advantage of by this company, particularly Dave, who sadly holds the title of manager. I have walked through many rentals, rental companies and landlords through the years but have never been treated this unfairly and dishonestly. Dave completely took advantage of and lied to my son and his wife. They sought his advise about the status of their lease, he advised them to find a new place to live then lied about it and proceeded to charge this young couple with a new baby and full time student dad 7000$ for breaking the lease which he advised them to do. I stood by and watched my son fairly negotiate and try to understand why this was happening and could not believe the total lies and denial of words spoken Dave displayed. I had the opportunity to look him in the face when I turned in the keys and ask for a compromise on the 7000$ charge and was coldly and flatly turned down, even after admitting to advising my son and his wife to find a new place. True character does not exist here and all they care about is the almighty dollar. They are quick to get you in a place and start collecting your money but you can expect to get hammered somewhere along the way. My strong advise would be to find another place to live if All County is your property manager!
