I've been here for 20 minutes. The number given does not open the door. You have no instructions on where to park or how exactly to get into the building. I am humiliated and aggravated. This is very unprofessional. I really want To see this apartment and there are no accurate or succinct instructions. Even worse, there is no number to call for assistance. I can’t help but feel like my time was wasted.

I worked with Kevin T. and he and the rest of the staff were great to work with! Very professional and patient, especially as this was my first experience with home rentals. Kevin was always quick to respond to emails and took the time to thoroughly answer all of my crazy questions. :) Highly recommend their services!

Update 2/20/2025: Decided to update the review upon thinking about it, while I still hold to what I said about the house it is unfair for me to give less stars because even though that reflects the house in my mind on here it reflects the company who has really been good about the whole thing. Generally they are responsive and have given updates as quickly as possible. Working with any leasing agency is always a give and take but overall the company and people have been good to work with. I used to work in leasing it is not a simple job so I respect the effort. Review is more for the house than the company. House is brand new and looks beautiful on the outside and a nice enough neighborhood but it’s been issue after issue with the house and only living here 3 weeks. They’ve fixed everything as quick as they can which is why I don’t blame the management company in fact they are actually good people, but if this is the quality of clients home they take on I’m not sure I’ll renew at this point. Hope things change down the road, I’m always open to changing my mind but as of right now not sure.

This experience has been deeply disappointing on multiple fronts. The company charged a $600 cleaning fee, yet the property was not professionally cleaned upon our move-in, and we were only given a $100 rent reduction. I brought this to David’s attention after a multi week “review” his decision stood firm. Furthermore, the landlord frequently overstepped boundaries to the point of creating discomfort. This company operates in a highly predatory manner and, our experience engages in discriminatory practices. I strongly advise against any dealings with them.

This management company is the biggest rip off there is! They charged a $5000 deposit Due to my daughter, having five children. After the end of the lease when they told us what need to be done in order to get our deposit back. Return the house in better condition than we got it in. Including putting in a privacy fence and adding ceiling fans throughout the house when there were none at the end of all this, and I personally punched out a new kind of condition it was in, which was perfect they kept $4700 of the deposit . These are crooks!!!!! Dave Is the biggest crook of them all?

I was a tenant at an All County Property Management North Metro home. Compared to other management teams, these guys were a breath of fresh air. It was great in all aspects. The team was very nice, proactive, responsive and were quick to resolve any issues. To all possible tenants and owners of rentals, I cannot recommend this team enough.

I researched several companies before deciding to go with All County. They are run by a husband-wife duo of Dave and Lori and I really like their professionalism and thoroughness. Right from the beginning they were detailed and very transparent about operating procedure, fees and rental strategy. My home was rented in just about 4 weeks and I am very happy with the level of service. Dave and Lori are patient, professional and available to their clients. I highly recommend them,

All county made the journey into my first real estate investment feel like a breeze!!! The team is super efficient, responsive and professional. With my busy professional and personal life, I could not have done it without their amazing services. They bring quality tenants, vet them, and handle any issue with great care and transparency. All work orders are submitted for me to review prior to any work being done and for important work, they make sure multiple offers are submitted. All in all great value and I would absolutely recommend them for any real estate need!!!
