Stephen was very big help making sure I had what I needed to ensure smooth process even went as far as checking to see if I would be to accommodate my dogs by adding a fence to the property while renting most real estate agents would’ve just said no and brushed it off he didn’t yes, looking for a place. I’m definitely gonna recommend Stephen for sure. He’s a big help.

I am in the process of choosing a new home in the Triangle and David and the team at Apple Realty have been making it a breeze process. I work very unorthodox hours so the ability to schedule without phone calls or robot call systems has been great! A

My family and I are relocating to the Durham area from out of state, and we have worked with Apple Realty a few times during our home search. The website is navigable and easy to tailor to our needs. I just met with Stephen today for a showing, and he could not have been more polite, warm, or ready to answer my questions. If he didn't know the answer off top, he looked it up right on the spot! The showing was informative and thorough with his assistance. I recommend Stephen and Apple Realty for those looking to move in this area! :)

Edit: I have changed my rating to one star for the following reason: I was assured by Kyle that there was no mold in the home. Yesterday, I picked up my keys, and, upon entering the home, was met with the suffocating smell of mold. Upon inspection, I found mold covering the floor of the laundry room and both bathrooms. I also found mold coming out of the sockets. I am requesting an immediate termination of the lease due to the home being uninhabitable.
Original: I requested a same day virtual tour of a newly posted property, and Kyle was able to arrange a viewing early that afternoon. He was very thorough in showing me the home and able to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend Kyle - a true expert in the field!

It’s been great to use Apple as a way try and find my next home. They have a huge selection of homes for everybody and they were very helpful and timely in their communication. Stephen was super helpful and knowledgeable as he showed us houses all throughout the area, helping us make a decision on what was right for us. I would recommend Apple Realty to my friends who are looking for a home in the area.

I had a great experience working with Apple Realty while searching for a duplex in Durham, NC. Micah was fantastic throughout the entire process—extremely responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. He made sure we stayed informed every step of the way and worked hard to help us secure the home we really wanted. My husband and I rented from Apple Realty for two years. They were always quick to send someone out for service calls, kept everything in good working order, and I was always able to pay online through the online portal. When I had to move out ahead of my lease expiration, they accommodated me as much as they possibly could. It was a very positive experience.

I have had Apple Realty manage my properties for several years now. I chose to Apple because back in my college years, i rented my last place thought them. They have set the gold standard for property management. They were profession and always ready to help. Now as a property owner, they were an easy choice to select. Their online presence is one that has also been great. it make managing my properties easy.
