This review was for the application process as a new tenant. Love how easy it was to view the property. Moving from CA to NC, we’re a little nervous renting out a place not sure how easy the process would be.
During the application process, I had a pleasure working with Darwin and he has made this process as easy and smooth as possible, and got approved within 2 days of applying. He was very professional and understanding, answered all of my questions and concerns.

Jon completed the inspection very efficiently today. He was courteous and respectful throughout the visit. I’ve been a tenant with RPM for four years and have consistently had a positive experience. Whenever I submit a work order, it is typically addressed the same day or by the following day. Just last month, I encountered an issue with my refrigerator. RPM promptly ordered a replacement the next day, and it was delivered and installed by the end of the week. I highly recommend their services.

RPM Wake is by far, the best property managers in the area. They manage all of my rental properties in the greater Raleigh/Cary area and they have been wonderful to work with. They are responsive, diligent, and most importantly, work to provide a great experience for my tenants. I've worked with them for many years now and the team of people there are fantastic. Leah, Jess, and everyone are excellent. As a property owner, I rely on the PM to ensure my tenants are happy and continue to renew leases, as well as find and identify top quality tenants as quickly as possible. I highly recommend them for all your rental properties.

I can't recommend RPM Wake highly enough! From start to finish, their team demonstrated exceptional professionalism and consistent communication, which made the entire process of renting out my townhome smooth and stress-free. Even in a challenging rental market, they went above and beyond to get my property leased quickly and to the right tenant. I always felt informed, supported, and confident in their expertise. If you're looking for a dedicated and reliable property management company, look no further!

I had a great experience with Real Property Management Wake County while applying for a rental property. The process was smooth, professional, and efficient. The online application was easy to navigate, and I appreciated how clearly everything was explained. The staff, especially Darwin, was responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. I’ve had an outstanding experience with this company as my rental management company. From the beginning, their team has been responsive, professional, and truly attentive to both tenant and property owner needs. Communication has always been clear and timely, and any maintenance issues were handled quickly and efficiently. They clearly take pride in their work and care about providing a smooth rental experience. I feel confident knowing my property is in good hands. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy property management! I plan to list one more property soon.

I just sent over my deposit as a new tenant here so I can't speak to the long-term but if my time here is as pleasant as the application process then I think I'm in for a treat.
The application process has been incredibly easy and smooth, largely thanks to both Leah who helped me out when the lockbox was having technical issues and Darwin who put together my lease.
Leah was very pleasant to work with and she was very apologetic about the technical issues. She immediately reached out to IT and a local technician. The technician wasn't close to the property at the time, but she was able to get it working with IT and stayed on the phone with me and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Despite the technical issues it was a very pleasant interaction.
Darwin was also a joy to work with. He assured me that if I had any questions I could reach out, and the approval process itself was extremely smooth and easy. No going and getting a check, the entire process was digital. There were also a couple details in the lease that had changed, and he made the proper adjustments with quick response times and clear communication on all the details.
Both Leah and Darwin responded quickly and resolved any issues with haste. They both impacted my decision to move into one of their properties and I can't wait to move into my new townhome apartment!

I previously left a review to warn others about our experience with RPM. Chantal and I briefly got back on decent terms, and she politely asked me to delete the review—which I did. The moment it was gone, she quickly reverted to her usual behavior. It’s telling that she can manage a respectful conversation with my husband but insists on being combative with me.
RPM is upset with us for breaking our lease early, but the reality is we had no choice. The home had major safety hazards that were ignored for nearly two years. The master bathroom shower never worked and eventually grew black mold. The electrical panel had fuses melting together—an obvious fire hazard—that were never replaced. RPM uses a tenant portal to track maintenance requests, yet they repeatedly marked serious issues as “completed” when no work was ever done.
Now that we’re moving, Chantal is suddenly more concerned about minor screw holes in the walls than she ever was about the dangerous conditions we were forced to live in. Their priorities are clear: appearances over tenant safety. This company is completely unprofessional and neglectful. If you value your safety and sanity, do not rent from RPM.
