Five stars for John! He was incredibly patient and friendly during our rental inspection. He didn't rush us at all and made sure we understood everything he was looking at. It's rare to find an inspector who takes the time to truly educate the tenant—we really appreciated his help!

We recently applied for a home through Real Property Management Wake County (RPM) and had a great experience. We did a self-guided tour, which was perfect for us. We could take our time walking through the home without feeling rushed or pressured, and then submitted an application through Findigs. I was a little skeptical at first and found the process a bit intimidating, but once everything was submitted, it was smooth sailing.
We received email confirmations right away, and by the next business day we were connected with Darwin, who was a pleasure to work with. He was responsive, helpful, and kept close communication with us throughout the entire review process that made the experience feel reassuring and easy.
I really appreciate the organization and professionalism that comes with RPM. The process was efficient, transparent, and stress-free, and everything felt seamless from start to finish.

We recently applied for a town home through Real Property Management. We were able to tour multiple properties at our convince by being able to schedule self tours. They offer properties that are ALL breed friendly. The application had a turn around time of less than 24 hours. Darwin was efficient and answered any questions we had. If you are looking for a new home, I would highly recommend looking at Real Property management!

I usually don’t do reviews but I had to give a shout out to John who came out to do our home inspection! He was great—went above and beyond to help us as we prepare to move to a different property. He provided a list of tasks for us to do prior to moving out (to save us some cash!), such as changing our light bulbs/air filter, and even explained how to get a paint color-match to touch up any areas on our walls. He was knowledgeable with complex city codes, but able to explain them simply. He provided helpful education throughout his inspection. He was friendly and you can tell he’s a people person who uses his job as an opportunity to help others. Thanks for everything, John!

The Findigs onboarding experience was seamless and impressively efficient. The entire process was 100% automated via chat, yet it never felt impersonal. Responses were quick, clear, and highly informative, making it easy to understand each step without unnecessary back-and-forth.
The platform guided me through the application process smoothly, answering questions in real time and providing just the right amount of detail to move forward confidently. It removed much of the friction typically associated with apartment rentals and replaced it with a straightforward, transparent experience.
Overall, Findigs delivers a modern, well-designed onboarding process that prioritizes speed, clarity, and user experience. A strong example of how automation can be both effective and customer-friendly.

German was the plumber that showed up today to help with a clogged shower drain at my condo. He was wonderful. He even wore shoe covers to protect my floors and rugs which I really appreciated. He was professional, quiet and considerate and fixed the issue quickly. I would definitely give him a 5 star review and recommend his work. Thank you German!

I have lived in a property managed by these guys for the past 2 years. The team they have is excellent. Jon, the inspector, is a wonderful communicator. He makes the process quick and easy, plus he makes you laugh. Then there's Leah; any questions I have or help I need, she is my go-to girl. You guys made renting easy. Thank you! Moving out of this place, but I’d definitely rent a property managed by you again.

Jon came by for our first inspection, and what a kind and calm person he is! He took the time to answer all our questions, pointed out helpful details about the house we hadn’t noticed, and offered great advice for handling different situations. He has a great sense of humor, made the process enjoyable, and was very proactive in getting things done. We truly appreciated his professionalism and friendliness!
