Excellent Service from Mark!
Mark came to our house to fix our garbage disposal, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. He was professional, friendly, and extremely efficient. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem and had everything working perfectly in no time.
We really appreciated his excellent service and attention to detail. We would definitely recommend Mark to anyone who needs a reliable and knowledgeable professional!

I have been renting a home since 2/2026 and only started having a couple of issues that required maintenance to come. Mark came out and was very professional, helpful, respectful, and was timely which is greatly appreciated. He took his time to look into the concerns and took his time to make sure I understood what comes next. I plan to update my review once the needed work has been completed to share additional information on how long it takes for the work is completed. But I genuinely expect it to be handled as swiftly as possible.

I am brand new in this and was pretty apprehensive about the App....to my amazement it was pretty simple to use got fast replies and was notified of any last minute changes so I could adjust my day it was pretty nice. Then the Technician showed up Mark he was very patient I'm a disabled veteran and I was in the backyard when he was knocking on the front door and he heard me and let me know that he was there otherwise I would have missed him completely. So that was nice. And he was very easy to talk to to show around at the things that needed taken care of he took pictures lots of pictures and took notes. Extremely thorough he also fixed a couple little things that were on the list and got those taken care of right away. I am thankful for that. At the end of our appointment Mark was in front of the house for a few minutes I'm assuming taking care of a few phone calls and paperwork and I remembered something and he was nice enough to take a note of what I was talking about instead of just driving away or ignoring me so that was awesome! Thanks again definitely five star service!

As a new investor in Indianapolis, I was looking for a property management company that knew the local market and could keep me informed. Although I own single-family rental properties in several major cities, I was impressed by Red Door Property Management's professionalism and responsiveness.
Their communication is prompt and detailed, and they do an excellent job marketing properties, providing regular updates, and thoroughly screening prospective tenants for financial qualifications and rental history.
Their online tools are easy to use and provide great visibility into property activity and status.
I recommend Red Door Property Management to other property owners and investors and would gladly use them again.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the management of the apartment complex located at 10301–10291 Medallion Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46231, where my late father-in-law resided.
My father-in-law passed away on February 7. Since then, I have been in regular contact with the management regarding the return of his security deposit. As of today, May 7, I have yet to receive it. Despite daily emails, the responses I receive are inconsistent and the reasons for the delay keep changing. I have documented all correspondence and am willing to share it if needed.
Additionally, the condition of the apartment was unacceptable:
Water Leaks: The first-floor units frequently experience leaks. The entire building smells of mildew, and the odor lingers on personal belongings.
Appliances: The refrigerator in my father-in-law’s unit malfunctioned multiple times and was never properly repaired.
Pest Infestation: There were ongoing issues with mice and rats. Spraying one unit only caused the pests to move to another.
I have photographic evidence of the conditions and am willing to share it with anyone interested. In my opinion, the term “slumlords” is too generous for this management company.
I strongly advise others to avoid renting at this location and urge the management to take responsibility for their properties and tenants.

We had family gathering together from five different states. We were there for a memorial and liquidation of the family estate. This property was everything the listing said it would be. It gave us a great place to be a family together. We will treasure our time there. The back porch was a wonderful place to view sunsets!!
