Garrison and crew have really helped us through a challenging move across four states. We were unable to view the house before we moved so was a bit of a risk but with the detailed photos and discussions with Garrison, we arrived with moving trucks, and everything was as expected. The maintenance is spot on responding to your request quickly. Overall we are happy with RPM and the house.

Real Property Management Hill Country is the best in the business. I decided to rent my home during an extremely busy period. I had no idea how I was going to get my house ready for rental, find a tenant and manage the property. But Brett, Garrison and the RPM team worked with me every step of the way. They went above and beyond to ensure that the home was ready to rent. They found me great tenants. And they managed the inevitable issues and repairs with minimal imposition on my schedule. They are a real pleasure to work with -- and they get the job done.

Real Property Management Hill Country is everything a property management company should be. Their online systems makes all steps of the process seamless, from the initial lease application to automatic payments of rent. The staff is friendly, helpful and attuned to my situation. Highly recommend!

Meeting and working with Garrison has been a pleasant experience. He is very knowledgeable and professional as well as listening and acting on any concerns or problems you may encounter. Garrison and Real Property Management has made leasing our home easy and given us peace of mind that our home was in good hands, from their vetting process through the tenants move-in date.

This was my first experience getting a place for myself, and Garrison was awesome. Since it was my first time, he really set the standard for great customer service and it was definitely not low! He was very timely with his responses, smooth to work with, honest, and fluent in everything he did. A true professional. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. Great experience with Real Property Hill Country Management. The team has been on it from day one- fast, responsive, and actually follows through.
Ana (our assigned property manager) has been amazing, super attentive and on top of everything. And Clem has gone above and beyond anytime we’ve needed help.
Everyone we’ve dealt with has been kind, professional, and quick to handle anything that comes up.
Plus, the home itself is beautiful and in excellent condition, which made move-in easy.
Honestly, this is how property management should be. Highly recommend.

Working with Garrison was a great experience! He was incredibly prompt and responsive even over the weekend and was very accommodating and kind throughout the process. Although I didn’t end up applying for the home due to the distance from my job, I truly appreciated his professionalism and how pleasant he was to work with. Highly recommend! 😊
