Amy Fly is an amazing. We’ve had an amazing experience working with this property management company. Her communication is truly outstanding! She always messages back and returns calls right away which makes the entire process smooth and stress-free. She genuinely takes care of both her vendors and her clients, and it shows. We really appreciate the consistent work and the way she treats people. Highly recommend!

Managing properties from a distance can be stressful, but RPM Hill Country makes it look easy. I’ve been with them for a few years and recently added more rentals to their portfolio because of the great work they do. They are excellent communicators and always on top of repairs, finding quotes and getting work done fast. I honestly feel like I don’t even need to visit the properties because I know they are in such good hands. Truly a great partner to have.

Kari and the team at Real Property Management Hill Country are the best! We have had a great experience working with them. The team has been professional, helpful, and kind. We recently sold a home and decided to rent for a season. They have helped to make this transition smooth and easy for us. We highly recommend this company!

Owning property and managing it was not something I ever wanted to do, because I thought it would be a messy process. Also considering the fact that I was going to be owning this property from about a thousand miles away. But on a last minute decision, I decided to go through with it, and they have made this process about as painless as you can make owning property. I've really only had to interact a couple of times. The payment has been fair and upfront and transparent. They've not been pushy. Everything has been very amicable. And I'm really, really glad that I decided to do this. More than that, I'm really glad I decided to go with this specific company. Everyone has been very nice and understanding.

We have just begun working with Real Property Management Hill Country and they have been amazing! My husband and I are very new to the renting business and both had many questions. Brett was able to answer every question we had and has provided us with all the information we needed, going above and beyond to help us in this journey. Mary Pat has provided additional helpful information and has been very responsive to every inquiry we’ve had. Both Brett and Mary Pat are awesome people and very trustworthy individuals that we are excited to have as our property managers. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for property management!

I was able to meet the tenant living in the one bedroom condo unit prior to renting it.
He wanted to end his lease early/ avoid fees associated with that and move to a two bedroom unit. He is able to move out Sept 15, 2025 and I take over Sept 19, 2025. I needed to get a place to move to quickly and this was a perfect option for both the tenant and myself.
