We have just begun working with Real Property Management Hill Country and they have been amazing! My husband and I are very new to the renting business and both had many questions. Brett was able to answer every question we had and has provided us with all the information we needed, going above and beyond to help us in this journey. Mary Pat has provided additional helpful information and has been very responsive to every inquiry we’ve had. Both Brett and Mary Pat are awesome people and very trustworthy individuals that we are excited to have as our property managers. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for property management!

Kari & the RPM team are the epitome of professionalism. The process from start to complete went smoothly & Kari was available to answer any concerns or questions fully & promptly. I was able to meet the tenant living in the one bedroom condo unit prior to renting it.
He wanted to end his lease early/ avoid fees associated with that and move to a two bedroom unit. He is able to move out Sept 15, 2025 and I take over Sept 19, 2025. I needed to get a place to move to quickly and this was a perfect option for both the tenant and myself.

We have had a wonderful experience so far with RPM Hill Country. Kari and the team have gone above and beyond to make sure we are happy and comfortable in our new rental. They even had the repair man come next day for an issue we were having. As far as property management goes, RPM Hill Country is the way to go.

Highly professional and courteous. It took me a while to get my house ready and Brett was incredibly patient and understanding. He also helped me resolve an issue with a tenant in the most professional and expedient manner.
