Real Property Management Hill Country is everything a property management company should be. Their online systems makes all steps of the process seamless, from the initial lease application to automatic payments of rent. The staff is friendly, helpful and attuned to my situation. Highly recommend!

Initially great customer service with the agent. Property management has left a lot to be desired. There has been poor communication which has been a huge disappointment compared to our first impressions. Scheduled maintenance was confirmed and we arranged our schedules to be home only to be told by vendor they don’t have the part. Overall very lacking in follow through on concerns, maintenance request, emails and tasks. Account charges have been repeatedly incorrect and required amending each month. Maintenance portal sends an overwhelming number of texts and emails making it needlessly complex. We are super frustrated and have communicated our disappointment multiple times, not sure what else to do here but make our experience public.

This was my first experience getting a place for myself, and Garrison was awesome. Since it was my first time, he really set the standard for great customer service and it was definitely not low! He was very timely with his responses, smooth to work with, honest, and fluent in everything he did. A true professional. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. If you’re looking for a reliable agent who actually cares and gets things done, Garrison is your guy. Very thankful for the help! 🙌🏽

Great experience with Real Property Hill Country Management. The team has been on it from day one- fast, responsive, and actually follows through.
Ana (our assigned property manager) has been amazing, super attentive and on top of everything. And Clem has gone above and beyond anytime we’ve needed help.
Everyone we’ve dealt with has been kind, professional, and quick to handle anything that comes up.
Plus, the home itself is beautiful and in excellent condition, which made move-in easy.
Honestly, this is how property management should be. Highly recommend.

Working with Garrison was a great experience! He was incredibly prompt and responsive even over the weekend and was very accommodating and kind throughout the process. Although I didn’t end up applying for the home due to the distance from my job, I truly appreciated his professionalism and how pleasant he was to work with. Highly recommend! 😊

Amy Fly is an amazing. We’ve had an amazing experience working with this property management company. Her communication is truly outstanding! She always messages back and returns calls right away which makes the entire process smooth and stress-free. She genuinely takes care of both her vendors and her clients, and it shows. Managing properties from a distance can be stressful, but RPM Hill Country makes it look easy. I’ve been with them for a few years and recently added more rentals to their portfolio because of the great work they do. They are excellent communicators and always on top of repairs, finding quotes and getting work done fast. I honestly feel like I don’t even need to visit the properties because I know they are in such good hands. Truly a great partner to have.
