Cameron is amazing he answered all my questions! And helped me understand their contract and terms ! They were very honest and transparent from the beginning no hidden fees!

This company does a really good job, Cameron Gonzalez made property management a breeze. I highly suggest him and Real Property Management Bluegrass for those trying to get into the rental business, and also those trying to improve their rental properties!!

Never had any problems with the management until moving out.
They sent me an email confirming that my security deposit was being mailed to me; over 3 months later, and I still have not received my money, and management seems content to give the runaround.
At the proposal of stopping by their office so I could simply pick up a check, they refused, saying they were unable to provide 'hand-delivered' checks.
I guess I'll update at the 6 month mark and see where we are in this everlasting process.🙄
