Never had any problems with the management until moving out. They sent me an email confirming that my security deposit was being mailed to me; over 3 months later, and I still have not received my money, and management seems content to give the runaround. At the proposal of stopping by their office so I could simply pick up a check, they refused, saying they were unable to provide 'hand-delivered' checks. I guess I'll update at the 6 month mark and see where we are in this everlasting process.🙄

This home was immaculate in perfect condition and in a great neighborhood the ease of getting a tour so quickly, the ease of the application process and communication was quick and easy.

The manager, Dan Ritchie, responded to my urgent request that the electricity had been reduced to 10% in my apartment. I only had light and power in the bathroom, hallway and two outlets in the kitchen. He called immediately and came out the very next day, which was fine as I had heat, hot water and some power. He came out that next day and couldn’t locate the problem. He advised me an electrician would be coming out later same day and he was here promptly. After about 2 hours he determined the breaker box had been improperly wired as the neighbors had moved out and had their power shut off. I had full power by 6pm, less than 24 hours from the original issue. I was very happy with the service of Dan the apartment mgr and the electrician.

I've been able to work with Dan Richie on multiple properties in the Lexington area and all of the interactions I've had have been great! He really cares about taking care of the property right the first time!

When trying to find a rental property for a client relocating from out of state, we were immediately struck by how many rentals in Lexington are owned by national corporations who want you to navigate a phone tree of “press 1” for this or “press 2” for that. They wanted us to provide credit information, or a huge deposit sometimes just to see a property and we’re admittedly taking many applications (and fees) and would review them at some far off unspecific time. Dan at Real Property Management not only answered his phone, but met us at the property, gave us a tour, offered other similar properties in the area. He spent hours with my clients and I, and when it was time to complete an application it was what you would expect. A small application fee and a timely response of “approved” or “disapproved”. WOW! What a breath of fresh air! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a rental home in or around Lexington!
