We're seeking a well-rounded Director of Paid Media who can seamlessly blend high-level strategic thinking with hands-on technical expertise to take our paid media efforts to the next level. Our current efforts include demand generation for four nation-wide marketplaces (real estate agents, lenders, property managers and tax and finance professionals) with more to launch in the future, as well as for our Pro subscription product. This role requires a unique individual who is equally comfortable both crafting overarching paid media strategies and diving deep into data analytics and reporting frameworks to evaluate effectiveness. You'll lead our paid marketing efforts by developing new growth strategies in collaboration with channel and product owners, managing a team of 2 implementers, and owning our attribution and reporting frameworks.
