INVESTORS! I'm a seasoned investor, real estate investor coach, & investor-friendly agent looking to leverage my experience to help investors grow a profitable rental portfolio. I specialize in long-term buy & holds, fix & flips, house-hacking, multi-family and mobile home communities! In short, I eat, sleep, breathe investment real estate. I help you establish short/long term goals, run the numbers, and strategize with you to make sure your investment aligns with your goals. I am so glad I met Matt. He is a knowledge powerhouse and all comes from being in the trenches and evident from his large rental portfolio. Matt's large network of real estate professionals is an added bonus. Matt can coach and guide a total newbee in real estate, thanks to his hands on experience in residential and commercial real estate markets and dealings in 1031 exchange, turnkey deals, flips, renovations. Matt is an expert broker in your corner, unlike a typical real estate agent, Matt has your success on his mind, not his profits.

I've been a real estate investor now for a two years. I met Matt shortly after purchasing my rental property, and even though I haven't had a chance to add to my portfolio since meeting Matt, he has been great at sharing his knowledge and helping keep me out of various pitfalls that one can find themselves in when managing their own properties. One thing I've learned, is Real Estate Investing is about relationships, and sorting out who you can trust and who you shouldn't. Matt's willingness to share his experiences with us has been a great asset to our endeavor. He's been a great advisor and I look forward to purchasing through him in the future!

We are so grateful we had Matt and his network in our corner as we were first time home buyers. Residential real estate has been through many changes recently and it was nice to have a trusted advisor through the whole process. If I could give them no stars I would. Their lack of communication is awful along with the fact that they had a worker who was fixing windows in the attic and was smoking cigarettes up there then after move out I’m being charged for smoke removal when I don’t smoke at all. Highly don’t recommend as they are awful with getting back to you. DONT HAVE THE WRONG BUSINESS THAT I DO KNOW.

Fast forward two years and Matt has helped me purchase multiple single family homes from both MLS and wholesale as well as analyze countless others.
