We had a great experience with Dave Zimmerman of the CAZA Group as our realtor. He suggested we start with a low asking price in order to collect offers and get the amount we wanted/needed for our home, which we did! Our home sold for a substantial amount above asking price! Dave was very courteous and followed up well. He patiently explained each step of the selling process and we were glad we chose him to sell our home.

We worked with Michele Cook to find a tenant for our investment property in Maryland. She was professional and responsive, beginning to end. She executed on a great plan to get multiple offers within a week, properly vetting high quality tenants, and we even got more rent than what we were asking for. She also made the prospective tenants feel very comfortable throughout the process and added value to all of us throughout the entire time. Michele and CAZA group are committed professionals, and know how to work with landlords in the local area. Please don't hesitate to work with them.

Recently, I had the opportunity to work with Rashid Mohamed, real estate agent for the CAZA Group, helping me help my daughter purchase a townhome in the Burke area. He worked with passion and a high level of professionalism that is admirable. Without his tenacious follow-up and negotiating advice we would not have been successful in closing this opportunity.
