This Model is meant to showcase the incredible power of leveraged Real Estate in most types of markets over the returns of the stock market. Please feel free to update the blue and green inputs with data from your local market and to discuss the results in the forums! Notes: 1) The default inputs are from my personal property or the median across the U.S. 2) All cashflow is assumed to be reinvested in the stock market immediately. Negative cashflow is calculated at "opportunity cost" - the gains that you WOULD have received had you invested that cashflow in the stock market instead of into maintaining the property.
