The Book on Flipping Houses & The Book on Estimating Rehab Costs FAQ

You Say There's a 100% Money Back Guarantee -- Really?
We want you to be confident in your purchase and will give you 100% of your money back if you're not satisfied. If you just purchased the ebook and aren't satisfied, email us and we'll refund you with no questions asked. If you wish to get a refund for the paperback books, you must send BOTH books in good condition, and upon receipt, we will refund you. Contact us at [email protected].

How Do I Open a Zip File?
To unzip a file, follow the following directions provided by Stanford University.

To decompress (unzip) a file or folder on a Mac, double-click it.

To open a zipped file on a PC, drag the .zip attachment to the desktop. Once the file is on the desktop, you can double- or right-click to open it.

Double-click the zipped file to see its contents. When prompted, drag the files out of the window to the desired location or click Extract All. When you click Extract All, the files are unzipped in the same location as the original file unless you specify a different one in the Select a Destination window.

Right-click the zipped file and select Extract All. By default, files are extracted to the location as the original zipped file. Use the Select a Destination window to save the files somewhere else.

NOTE: If you are using Windows 2000 or earlier, you need software such as WinZip or StuffIt.

It looks like this comes in PDF format only. How do I get it to work on my Kindle or iPad?
Both the Kindle and iPad digital formats (.MOBI and .EPUB) were designed for straight inline text with no formatting (novels, for example). Because these two books contain a great deal of formatting and a large number of graphs and images, converting these books to Kindle or iPad format makes for a very poor reading/visual experience. We are still attempting to make the conversions and if/when we should create versions that have good reading experiences, we will release them to everyone who has purchased the books. The PDF version of the books can be downloaded to both Kindle and iPad/iPhone. We apologize for the inconvenience.
