I have recently rehabbed a Property. I Purchased the property under my personal name. It is now on the market so I would like to sell it and do a 1031 exchange under my LLC name. Can this be done? Any suggestions would be helpful.

@Lavar Harden

Would this transaction be eligible for a 1031?  Sounds like a flip.
