Setting up an LLC in Indiana

Hi - I am in the process of acquiring long-term single-family rentals in the Indianapolis area and looking to set up an LLC in the state of Indiana. I've read a lot of conflicting information in the forums on how to do so. Can anyone recommend a good attorney or CPA in IN to help set up an LLC?

Dean is absolutely correct, I live in Indiana and have set up a few for myself. Very simple process online at the linked website. It cost about $120 roughly all said and done. Legal zoom and a few other websites will do it for you but it is the same process just an extra couple hundred in fees or costs. The CPAs i spoke to wanted to refer me to an attorny, I have found very detailed and specific Articles of organization/ Inc that may protect you better or offer something that have been drawn up by attorneys but if you don't properly run your biz or keep bank accounts separate there is little protection within an LLC from the research I have done.
