Hi - I am in the process of acquiring long-term single-family rentals in the Indianapolis area and looking to set up an LLC in the state of Indiana. I've read a lot of conflicting information in the forums on how to do so. Can anyone recommend a good attorney or CPA in IN to help set up an LLC?

Thanks @Thomas Franklin!

Thank you @Jesse Hargrove, that was my next action item, to find a property manager!

@Frank Macias Thanks! Unfortunately, that has been my experience as well working with agents. I will let you know if I come in contact with a good one.

Hi - I am an investor in the Boston, MA area looking for introductions to experienced, reliable real estate agents who specialize in working with investors in the Fort Myers/Cape Coral/Naples area. I am looking to invest (multi-family) in these areas. Please contact me to discuss.

Thank you,
Mike

@Charlie MacPherson, thank you for reaching out. I would love to partner. I would ideally like to find something north of the city as it would be easier to manage logistically for me, but I am open to location.

Hi @Michael Pallotta, thank you for the reply. I will send you a message with more details as to what I am looking for.

Hi - I am a real estate investor in the (north) Boston area who is looking to partner with real estate agents that specialize in working with investors. My goals are to acquire multi-family rental units (2-10 units) in the Boston area. I currently own 2 rental properties that I am self-managing at this time in Haverhill and Medford, MA.  If you or anyone you know is a reliable agent, please feel free to contact me directly.

Thanks,
Mike

@John Underwood thanks John, I checked on AirBnB and VRBO to get an idea. The problem is that most of the summer rentals are already reserved for the summer weeks so I can't see what they went for.

Hi Everyone - I am in the process of acquiring an investment property to be used as a daily/weekly rental on Cape Cod. The property is located in West Yarmouth, MA just north of route 28. It is about 2 miles from the beach and about 15 minutes from 3 other beaches.

The property itself is 1600 sq ft, 3 bed 2.5 bath + office area. Nice fenced in backyard, outdoor shower on a quiet street.

Is anyone familiar with the daily/weekly rental rates for this area during peak season (Memorial Day - Labor Day)?

Any insight would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Mike

@Thomas Quinn I am looking in these towns and possibly surrounding: Wayland, Sudbury, Concord, Hamilton, Wenham, Melrose and Medford

@Rob McCarthy thanks Rob, that makes sense. Do you have experience subdividing a lot? Curious as to the process and timeline that it would take to complete.
