In the event of eviction

Hello, I am in process of renting my property and to save cost and for me to grow as an real estate investor, I would like to manage the property on my one. The one thing that scares me is tenant not paying the rent and I need to process the eviction. As much as I don't want to evict a tenant but in preparation for the worst, what options are there for me when i need to evict a tenant. Is there a third party that I can hire that can process the eviction so that everything is done correctly and legally. Or is there a lawyer that works specifically with property eviction or can a property management company be hired on a one time basis to deal with these kinds of stuff.
