Getting Started Advice

Gren Thomas
Posted

Hello, I’ve been doing a lot of research and finally decided to get started in flipping. During the times of due diligence I’ve grabbed multiple GC contacts and reliable potential crew members that I would like to add to my team. My question is, what advice would you give someone starting out with the knowledge you know now? Thanks in advance

I would start with a stern warning that we are in a peak market with unrealistic prices that can't possibly last, inflation knocking at our door, and it's an election cycle where certain groups like to create chaos. You could be four months into a flip when the market suddenly turns sideways and you can't unload the property for a profit. It's not the greatest market to try your hand at something new.
