Learn everything you can about investing. Market yourself as an investor-friendly agent and put your skills to work. You'll eventually have the cash and knowledge to start looking for some deals yourself. Rub elbows with other investors and investor-friendly agents as much as possible.

Go to NETWORK at the top of your screen and you can search for other investors and investment groups in your area. You can also check meetup.com or search facebook for real estate investment groups, clubs, or meetings in your area.
