Hello Bigger Pockets Family!

Currently living in CA looking for guidance on a starting point for out of state rental property investing. Currently have a few markets in mind Denver CO, Indianapolis IN, Orlando FL and Tennessee Metro area.

 Orlando is a great investment market. The migration patterns tell the story of a growing area that is always in need of additional housing. This means rents will continue to go up and so will property values. Happy to help connect you with anyone you might need here in the area.
