I’m looking to get into hands off out of state real estate investing. Where are the best places to start?

If you meet the accredited investor requirements, start with syndications. They do all the work and you should get as good a return as you would with purchasing your own.

If that's not an option, read "Long-Distance Real Estate Investing" by David Greene to learn how to invest in other markets.
