How do I find a realtor whose interests align with mine and I know aren’t using me for their own benefit?

Every agent is working for their own benefit. I'm as honest as the day is long and I'll work hard to help you attain your goals, but at the end of the day I want to get paid for my time.

I think it's a good idea to network with investors. Build relationships, find successful people you trust, then get recommendations from them.
