Hello. I need to create an operating agreement for my rental property LLC. Anyone know where I can find a good template for a real estate opreating agreement? or can send me an example?

I think he's just asking for an example of what it looks like my man. I'm not advocating he establish a new LLC without using an attorney or registered agent to define the bylaws of the agreement. This is a forum to help people grow and learn, not criticize.
