Seeking Study Buddy/Mentor for CA Broker's Exam

Hi All,

My broker informed me that she will be retiring this year and has asked me to get my broker's exam to take over. I already own the business and my broker works in another county several hours away so we don't get a lot of face time with one another. Additionally, my business is in property management. I haven't done any RE transactions but have held my license for six years.

If anyone else is getting their CA broker's license, I would love to meet and greet and see if there is common ground to study together for the exam. I'm most likely going with Allied, but if there are recommendations for a school that you feel that would better prepare me for the exam, I'd be open to hearing about it.
