Multiple Loans Approach

May be I am overthinking it.

Once we have a primary residence loan with a bank, how to approach them for loan on investment side? should we even say we are taking for investment purpose? I am hearing bank does not give out loans (may be that easily) when we are asking it for investment purposes.

Is this correct? Is anything wrong in my thinking/approach with multiple loans? Should I be doing this or its better to go via experienced realtors in my area?

@Harpreet Walia

 Call around to several banks and ask them about loans for investment properties.

Lending is very competitive for loans 1-10 that finding capital isn't the issue.  The issue is finding the right service, the right loan originator that is a hustler working hard at processing loans.  I see how hard lenders work, they grind hard jumping through all sorts of whoops.  You have impress your loan originator by delivering them the best loan package.  This has been the key ingredient on how I accumulate 20+ loans.
