Finding Motivated Sellers in Atlanta

So I am just starting out and still trying to get the hang of finding real motivated sellers.... I also end up getting wholesalers calling and not motivated sellers.

I would really appreciate hearing the best Marketing Strategy and List Source that brings you all motivated sellers. I know there is a TON of motivated sellers in Atlanta, just not sure how to find them.
